Casa Cook Rhodes (Adults Only)

Prachtig hotel, laagbouw, adult only, meerdere zwembaden, mooi uitzicht op achterliggende heuvels, vriendelijk personeel, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt in buffetvorm, wel huurauto nodig om eiland/bezienswaardigheden te ontdekken, strand op loopafstand.

We have loved Olive Bar during our stay at Casa Cook. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming — perfect for enjoying a drink by the pool or a leisurely meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Chrysa, who went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. She was so warm, helpful, and always had a smile on her face. Would recommend the cocktails - especially the pina colada!

A truly stunning special hotel that sets the standard for absolute luxury and an amazing laid back atmosphere and vibe. The staff here really do care about you, and this is quite unique as many other hotels just go through the motions, however the staff here really get to know you and these special little touches really do make the difference. From the friendly Christos at breakfast and his team, nothing is ever a problem or too much. Always a friendly smile and chat in the morning really sets up your day on a good happy note. The food here is also of a very high top restaurant standard. The breakfast spread is truly delicious and such a great variety to choose from you will struggle to find any other 5 star hotel to meet this standard. (Casa Cook in Samos is also a stunning hotel for you fellow travellers of the same standard). The restaurants also provide Michelin style standard’s to their dishes which was all exceptional especially the fried Calamari and Ouzo and Saganaki Shrimps. Regarding the amazing staff of special note I have to say Chrysa in the Olive Poolside Restaurant bar is truly exceptional! The hotel should be proud of her amazing hospitality and attention to detail and to understand and really care about your holiday and experience. Her friendly nature and exceptional attitude to customer service is something that deserves high praise and acknowledgment, as I would say if I ran or owned a hotel I would want her to be my front of house! She really is an asset to the hotel and made us feel special during our stay. Also her work colleague behind the bar Nicole was also equally as friendly and helpful they make such a great team together! I will miss them both. Their sense of humour and hospitality made us feel special and these special people really make the hotel what it is. I would also like to mention the hotel Guest experience manager Tsombika. Again another distinguished employee that deserves a special mention for her attention to detail, to ensure your holiday goes without any issues and if any were to crop up then we were again made to feel special and important guests. This Hotel has a heart and it shows…This hotel needs not change anything (apart from getting Nespresso machines in every room not just the suites or villas) as this is a basic nowadays in hotels of this standard. Tsombika ensured our stay was memorable so I thank her again for such kindness and generosity. Casa Cook you truly are a special one off hotel and even though facilities can be copied in other locales around beautiful Greece and its islands, you will truly find it hard to match or find anywhere where the staff can make such a wonderful experience even better! If you could have a Six Star hotel Casa Cook would take the award no doubt. You need to stay here even if once to experience this wonderful hotel. We only spent one night at Casa Cook, but it was one to remember. We stayed in one of the suites, which included a private pool. It was nice and secluded, perfect for couples. We ate at both on site restaurants, the Kitchen and The Olive. Both were exquisite. The octopus! Soo good. We loved walking around the property and watching the goats in the mountain. We also got a couple's massage at the spa and that did not disappoint. I would highly recommend!

We visited for our honeymoon and didn’t want to leave! The room and its view were stunning. We arrived to a platter of food and wine, and even though we had 2 days of rain, the spa facilities meant we didn’t mind. The Korean head spa treatment was amazing. Our room was just round the corner from the Olive Restaurant where Chrysa and Nicole were so accommodating and always smiling! As were all of the staff. There was also a lovely gentleman who took food orders on a morning and an evening who was very accommodating. Sometimes the Kitchen Club service could be a little slow, but this could be easily resolved by having 1 staff member assigned to one area of tables, rather than multiple staff covering the whole restaurant. Getting into Rhodes old town and Lindos is simple via public transport. Plus, Cook’s Club, the sister hotel, has an Italian and Asian restaurant and you can use their facilities too. This was great as there are 2 options each night for the Half Board main, so we didn’t always want to go for this. This is the second hotel in the ‘Cook’s’ chain we’ve been to (including one in Corfu) and would definitely return!

Absolutely Incredible Stay – Beyond Our Expectations! 6 stars if I could ! ⭐️ Every single thing about this hotel was unreal! From the moment we arrived, the staff were unbelievably friendly and welcoming - especially the restaurant and room service team, who truly went above and beyond to look after us. Our room was absolutely stunning, and we were so grateful for the complimentary upgrade. they also surprised us with fresh fruit and a bottle of fizz to celebrate our engagement ! The atmosphere is amazing, the service outstanding, and the entire experience was pure relaxation from start to finish. We couldn’t recommend this place more, 1000% worth it for anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful getaway! We will definitely be back ! ❤️Thank you so much!
