1前台有個戴眼鏡的妹子態度超級差，真的是感覺所有人都欠她錢。
2隔音超級差，你能聽到大街上面的人走路
3前台真的服務太差了，打電話叫人幫忙搬行李下樓20分鐘過去了都沒人來
4 我們丟了一個房間鑰匙，收了我們100歐！！在中國你丟了房卡是不需要給錢的，如果真的要收費也請提前告知而且價格要在合理範圍內！！

We stayed at the Black Pear for the very first time in August. We took their two bedroom apartment. The stay was lovely. This one had its own elevator in terms of the floor it stops on just had our room. The daily breakfast which has an additional charge was wonderful. This room has extraordinary views and the apartment was beautiful with modern appliances and everything you could want. Location was perfect as well. The staff was professional and very responsive in all ways. This is our third stay in this city prior to a cruise since 2021 and on our next visit we will return here again.

Really truly a great property! We loved the fact that it was close to everything and had a fully equipped kitchen! Iceland is expensive and we bought eggs and bacon and other things. Will come back! There were 4 of us!

Great Place to Stay in Reykjavik
The Black Pearl was very comfortable and clean. It is located within a short walk of all the major attractions in Reykjavik as well as restaurants and bars but was quiet at night. Our room was well equipped and very modern and up to date. The staff are very accommodating and helpful.

Attractive apartments in a great location. We were able to walk to our cruise ship after a 3 day stay. Great bakery 5 doors away.
