Great location, and nice enough resort. The bed was like sleeping on the concrete floor. Threw my back out - causing us to miss our tickets for the Knossos Palace. My daughter was given the worst cot ever, and ended up actually sleeping on the floor. Ugh. Ruined everything.

The suites are exquisite, very clean, comfortable, private, with beautiful views. The beach is wonderful. The amenities are superb and the staff are very polite and helpful. We had fantastic time and we highly recommend it. (Dont miss the chance to try the restaurant)

Nice suite hotel in Rethymno, however nothing special for the price paid. Room nice, but not astonishing, on a noisy street. Hotel in front of a beach not nice at all, after having passed the road. People kind and good breakfast. Experience not to be repeated.

We had 3 nights stay on that amazing place. The breakfast was amazing as you choose whatever you want from the a la cart menu. Big portions and delicious plates. The room service was excellent and the staff was very helpful especially the staff from the breakfast. Thank you Dyo Suits hope to have another wonderful summer there.

Наш любимый отель в Ретимно, который мы посещаем с удовольствием и рекомендуем друзьям. В этот раз останавливались в двух сьютах разных категорий. Selenium находится в одном здании с ресепшен. Имеет ванну с гидромассажем как в комнате, так и на балконе. Балкон так же, как и сьюте Aurum, в котором мы жили в прошлый раз, небольшой, большую часть времени в тени, но защищен надежной крышей от дождя. Затем мы переместились в Zirconium. Декор этого сьюта, в отличие от других, максимально минималистичен. Дополнительное преимущество- собственная терраса на крыше здания, на которую ведет внутренняя лестница. С террасы открывается потрясающий вид на побережье и старый город. Установлена гидромассажная ванна, шезлонги и зонт. К сожалению, в один из дней нашего пребывания разразился шторм с непрекращающимся дождем. Зонт даже уложили на пол в целях безопасности. Мы наслаждаемся не только комфортом и удобствами Dyo, но ценим очень теплую атмосферу , которую создают сотрудники. Каждое утро начинается с великолепного здорового свежего завтрака ala cart. We have enjoyed our whole experience. Staff were very friendly, hotel was clean with a lovely relaxing atmosphere, breakfast was amazing. I could go on. Definately worth a visit if in Rethymno.

We loved it here, stayed for 6 nights, the team are so friendly and helpful, love to quirky design features, the ambience is so relaxing, the breakfast gorgeous, cocktails some of the best we have had the luck to enjoy. Definitely want to return soon
