The hotel is pleasantly located by the sea, 30 minutes walk from the port, with a pretty garden. The swimming pools are very pleasant and the deckchairs comfortable.
The staff is pleasant, smiling, but not up to standard for a hotel of this standard. Training problems are obvious: tables not necessarily cleared, non-compliance with orders.
The rooms were not cleaned very well, and often we had to ask reception to have it corrected. I regret having paid extra for a suite, whereas with a classic sea view room the view was much more beautiful, and the facilities of the classic room were better: my terrace lacked something to put wet clothes on to dry them, in the bathroom no shelf to put things on, it's really problematic for an establishment of this standard. Just like in the wardrobe, it was impossible to put the clothes down, I had to leave them on the desk even though there was a lot of empty space that could have been used as a shelf. This is not normal. The valet parking service is appreciable. Overall I am satisfied with my stay, but you have to be careful, because the price is high and the services are not necessarily up to standard.

Abbiamo prenotato un transfer per l’albergo tramite l’hotel ma purtroppo il transfer è arrivato con un'ora di ritardo, colazione tutto già preparato ore prima (non ti facevano nulla su richiesta); servizio in spiaggia latitante e lo staff purtroppo solo alcune persone brillavano nel loro lavoro le atre sotto la media, anche la cena era tutta preparata ore prima e non ti offrivamo la possibilità di preparare qualche cosa al momento (il ristorante alla carta non era così eccelso. La pulizia delle camere è ottima anche se abbiamo avuto delle piccole disavventure (fumavano nella nostra camera x 2 giorni e ci lasciavamo senza asciugamani per le mattine seguenti), Il manager se hai un problema tende a spostarsi o a rimbalzalo come se non fosse suo (nn ti aiuta proprio). Zona con mare mosso e profondo dopo pochi metri e con molti ciottoli fastidiosi nell’entrata al mare, ovviamente quando è possibile. Sicuramente è un’ottimo hotel per vicinanza dalla cittadina, vicinanza mare, piscina e garage. Tornerò sicuramente a Creta ma non in questo Hote

Luci e ombre… molte cose da migliorare a partire dal transfer (un’ora di ritardo), colazione tutto preparato molto prima (neanche un omelette al momento), servizio in spiaggia da migliorare (spesso latitante), cena da preparare qualche cosa al momento. Il personale è ok, La Direzione se si ha un problema non ti aiuta in alcun modo… Mare profondo dopo due metri con molti ciottoli fastidiosi… Le altre cose sono ok (pulizia stanza, piscine, parking, vicinanza dalla cittadina, vicinanza mare)

Un vrai petit coin de paradis : hôtel très confortable avec deux piscines, un spa et accès direct à une plage privée. Petit-déjeuner excellent avec un buffet très complet. Service au top avec des hôtesses toujours souriantes et agréables. Excellent rapport qualité prix, on a adoré et nous sommes revenus trois jours après un premier séjour ! On reviendra, c’est sûr 😉

Buon hotel 5 stelle alla periferia di Rethymno. Posizionato all'estremità est del lungomare di Rethymno, cittadina strepitosa raggiungibile a piedi e in pochi minuti in auto. Aree comuni molto eleganti, confortevoli e moderne. Piscina e spiaggia pulite, ben attrezzate, ampie e comode. Ristorazione a buffet sia per la colazione che per la cena. Qualità del cibo alta, particolarmente la pasticceria. Unica pecca nella cena, il rifornimento delle pietanze nel buffet non e' immediato. Chi cena più tardi rischia di trovare meno assortimento. Personale di sala cortese e professionale. Camere spaziose con ampi terrazzi e ben pulite. Arredamento molto moderno ma poco funzionale per il limitato spazio per riporre i propri effetti personali. Non ci sono cassetti e nemmeno ripiani ma solo un piccolo armadio. Insonorizzazione della stanza non perfetta verso il corridoio o il terrazzo ( si sente tutto). Servizio valet parking molto efficiente.

We loved our week stay at this hotel. All of the positive reviews we had read before are completely justified and ours is just as good! We had a ground floor room with a small pool and this was well worth it - situated just by the pool, you could be in your own little space but still feel part of the energy! Sun loungers are plenty. Room and hotel spotlessly clean. Breakfast amazing. Spa fantastic, had a massage. Small gym that you can reserve very easily. Would highly recommend and we didn’t want to leave
