Wonderful hotel. Great location. (nearby city center) Looked after us daily very well and rooms were spacious and clean. All people were amazing and very friendly. Food in restaurants was tasty and service excellent. Huge variety of alcohol and kids -suggestions- drinks as well. Staff in reception were very helpful and knowledgeable of local area. My 2 kids (7yo and 4yo) loved kids club. Check in was very fast and efficiency. 2025 is loading.

We stayed in one of the villas with a pool. It was amazing!.
Great service, very attentive, room staff were fantastic and thorough.
The villa was super relaxing, just a few steps to the beach or chill out in our own pool.
We enjoyed it.

Great accomodation.
Great staff, and comfortable room. Breakfast was good, but slipped up on a few points, like forgetting to switch on plate heater, so breakfast soon went cold.

Outstanding and memorable stay with Creta Palace
Absolutely incredible from arrival to departure. What stood out for us was the friendliness of all staff, the cleanliness of the whole place, the maintenance of the grounds and the quality of the food. We only did breakfast but wish we had done all inclusive. Absolutely outstanding and exceptional service. A nice touch was the offer of drinks on arrival. The hospitality all around was amazing and we already can't wait to return. Thank you

L’hôtel nel complesso è carino .
La camera e’ spaziosa e rinnovata .
Scarsa pulizia , per esempio sul terrazzino , e nelle aree comuni.
La piscina e’ molto vecchia e andrebbe ristrutturata .
Servirebbe un altra piscina magari per adulti.
L hotel e’ abbastanza piccolo e non c’è molto da fare.
I ristoranti molto belli , si mangia da Dio , tutto è fresco.
Il bar in spiaggia e la spiaggia sono carini.

Völlig überbucht mit Familien (sehr viele mit 2-3 Kindern), die tlws. in DZ untergebracht waren. Entsprechend laut und umtriebig war es beim Essen, abends in der Lobby und am Strand. Da die Zimmer auch noch sehr hellhörig sind, war ab 6 Uhr morgens Türe schlagen, schreien und laufen von den Gängen zu hören. Bitte nicht falsch verstehen - wir haben selbst Enkelkinder, aber wir haben über 3.000€ für 6 Tage bezahlt und wollten hier ruhig und erholsam unseren Hochzeitstag feiern. Das wurde uns gründlich vermiest. Das Hotel war definitiv nicht als Familienhotel von TUI deklariert.

We loved our stay at Creta Palace, it was our honeymoon and the hotel so kindly upgraded us to a family suite on arrival which was beautiful.
The facilities are great and perfect for our 2 year old, she loved the pool and beach.
The staff were so kind and friendly - thank you so much for making it so special!
