"I loved this place! It literally has everything. If you wasn’t here to enjoy Thailand in whole you could literally stay here & forget where you are. Great living, many food places , a spa, & a place you could reserve to throw a party this place has to be top 5 hotels & I’m saying this as a traveler who goes to 12 countries a year ❤️."

"The hotel is clean and the accommodation is okay, but the service is unacceptable. 1. The receptionist's attitude and demeanor towards guests were inappropriate. Their words and facial expressions were unwelcoming and unfriendly. 2. There's no elevator, so what should guests with multiple large suitcases do? Initially, the service was okay, but it deteriorated later. The staff's facial expressions, demeanor, and words were truly unwelcoming. I felt very uncomfortable. Every time I went to the reception, I felt like I was being pushed away. For example, today during check-out, I spoke politely to the staff and asked for help. They told me there was no one available to assist and I had to carry my luggage down myself. Sister, I'm on the second floor, not the first! How am I supposed to carry it down without an elevator? They even added, ”If you can carry it down, then do it.” So, I went up and brought down my small bag. I waited downstairs, but no one helped me with the large suitcase. I ended up having to hire a Grab driver to carry it down! This isn't just about that. The main issue is that customer service should be more welcoming and polite. If you've had a fight at home or are angry with someone, don't sit at the reception counter, because otherwise, you'll definitely drive all customers away. 1. No smiles. 2. Unwelcoming words and demeanor. 3. Taking out anger on customers. 4. Gossiping about customers behind their backs. 5. During daytime naps, staff would often knock on various rooms, preventing resting guests from continuing to sleep due to excessive noise disturbance. 6. Unacceptable manners, whether it's during welcoming service or during the stay. We come to relax, not to listen to staff shouting. What I want to emphasize is to please address the issues with manners and welcoming words, because it's truly bad. There's more, but I'll refrain from mentioning it. - Stop gossiping about customers at the counter. - Thank you. I stayed twice. The first time was okay, but the second time was not. I felt pushed away and gossiped about. Even if I didn't hear it directly, I knew because the staff are very gossipy. Thank you. (I will not be staying here again.) The service is unacceptable. I don't know how they manage their staff to provide such service. The price is cheap, the room is good, clean, and beautiful, but if the service is unacceptable, I will not come back. I'd rather spend money on new accommodation with good service and polite staff. #ThankYou#"

"It was just okay, nothing special. The room felt a bit dated and damp. The 'king-size' bed was actually two twin beds pushed together. The closet light sensor was really weird – it would keep flickering on and off even with the door closed, so I just had to leave it on. The shower drain was also super slow, causing water to pool. I wouldn't recommend staying here. While it looks close to the airport, it still takes at least 20 minutes to get there, which isn't much faster than staying downtown."

"The staff was just amazing! Great service and great food - we had breakfast there (it was included) and we had lunch at their restaurant. Totally worth it every cent! The studio was bigger than we thought and had everything we needed. We also loved the pool. The only downside was the location, as there wasnt much around, but they brought us to the metro station with our bags."

"always order taxi way earlier than you need because the driver took me half an hour to accept. but it’s only 10 minutes drive to the airport. room is small but clean and cozy. only got two small soap bars, no gel or shampoo. i stayed in the room for 20 hours but heard planes only a few times so it wasn’t loud tho noise cancelling is poor, noise depends on the neighbours. they have a lift and a restaurant with many different foods. i didn’t try but good to know. also daily top very close and 711 like 10 minutes away"

"The location is a bit far from the city, and with traffic, it usually takes about an hour to get there. It's not particularly close to the airport either. However, the stay itself was quite good; it's next to a golf course, so it's quiet, and you can even watch flamingos!"

"We booked a triple room. It's a wonderful hotel with an excellent location. We're staying here for the second time because we love absolutely everything about it: the friendly staff, the spotless rooms, comfortable beds with crisp white linens, the hotel's authentic design, and the well-appointed rooms. "We were impressed with the unique and grand architecture and art pieces in the hotel compound. However, the age of the estate showed, and maintenance could be further improved. A few things were missing and not working, e.g. main door's magnet was not working well that needed to be fixed, provided only 1 deck chair but another was brought in later when asked, wine glasses need to be requested. However. We enjoyed our stay, as the lake view and the private pool over looking the lake was great. Bose sound system in the living room made a difference too. Staff was responsive to fix the problems and provide information requested."
