The best resort in Chengdu. Superb swimming pool and breakfast. So peaceful.

Fantastic stay!! Daily activities for kids. All inclusive food and drinks. Great facilities. Superior hospitality the moment we arrived.. Rebecca whom fed us so well. Martin the entertainment master. Rita who we loved so much when we go to the bar. Lulu, Luke, Faustino, momo whom the kids adored. Sira (hope I get it wrong), she sings so well!!!!

the bar here is amazing!! Gerrard is a good hoster. A long with his team (Ming, Vicky and Ritta.) Especially Ritta, her cocktail is very nice. She is very kind and sweet[Smirk][Smirk][Smirk]

From the moment we arrived our experience at Club Med was fantastic! The staff literally couldn’t do enough for you, Yulia was in contact prior to our stay asking if there was anything extra they could help with the (traveling with two children this is so helpful) The room was beautiful, spacious and clean with lovely views of the lake! The facilities were amazing, with so much entertainment for the kids, my little girl absolutely lovely all the activities and they staff were so so good with her, she even joined in the cabaret show which will be a moment I’ll treasure forever! The evening live singer was a treat too! The first day of our stay there was a private event meaning some restaurants were closed but Kathy, Vicky and Yulia did their upmost best to provide us to alternative food menu other than hotpot. The buffet the next night had everything, spoilt with choice! I can’t wait for club med to be our new weekend break, look forward to returning! My only piece of feedback would be some service around the pool area, to save having to go to the JoyBar for some day drinks!

The experience was great. The hotel environment was excellent, and there were many activities to enjoy. The GO (Guest Advisor) and guest relations staff, including Winnie, were very welcoming. The pool safety personnel were also very helpful; when my child scraped and bled their foot, they kindly disinfected and bandaged it for them. My child loved it, and we'll definitely come back again.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel environment was tranquil and comfortable, the rooms were spacious and bright, and the variety of activities was dazzling. The exciting GO show was full of energy, and Winnie, the guest relations expert, was incredibly thoughtful, proactively reminding guests of the activity schedule – so many details! Definitely worth a second stay, I'll definitely come back next time!

Facilities: The hotel facilities were all good; the children's play area and the rooms were a pleasant surprise. Cleanliness: The rooms, living room, slide, and bathroom were spotless. Environment: My family also particularly liked the hotel's environment. The decor and design were very stylish. Even on rainy days, it's a pleasant place to stroll. There are rain shelters at different heights, which are both aesthetically pleasing and practical. Service: Special praise goes to Freya for her service 😎. She was warm, attentive, and considerate. I hope to request her service again next time I visit 💞 (The only minor drawback, a mere 0.01, was that the hot pot restaurant in the hotel was out of stock without my notification, and they voluntarily substituted other dishes.)

Bringing the kids here was fantastic! 👏 There are different activities every day, and the kids loved it! Surprisingly, the indoor temperature at the water park was just right for this season, so the kids weren't cold while playing in the water! It was drizzling outside, but Club Med was so cozy! 👍 Special thanks to Freya for her patient explanations and guidance, making our stay very comfortable! 👍

She also gave us welcome fruit, circled each item with a pen, and told us their locations. She added us on WeChat and sent us the program list – very thoughtful! Medclab is probably the best hotel in the area. The rooms are large, the views are great, and it has the most activities of any family-friendly hotel I've stayed at. We arrived in the afternoon, and the kids had a blast at the children's playground. In the evening, they participated in face painting and table tennis, which they thoroughly enjoyed. There are also performances at the bar in the evening. It's a fantastic choice for a weekend or holiday trip with the kids.

She contacted us the day before our arrival, providing a detailed overview of the hotel's activities for the week and recommending suitable family-friendly programs based on our child's age. On check-in day, she personally accompanied us through the check-in process. Her professionalism and enthusiasm made us feel valued. Room Upgrade: An Unexpected Surprise Despite high occupancy, the GRO proactively upgraded us to a lake-view room. The room was spacious and airy, with a balcony offering a stunning view of Heilongtan Lake. A separate sleeping area for toddlers was provided. Attention to detail reflected a family-friendly approach: children's bathrobes and toiletries were provided. **Activities:** Immersive Experiences for All Ages The hotel's activity design is superb! During the day, guests can enjoy outdoor hiking, paddleboarding, or indoor rock climbing, with G.O.s (Friendly Organizers) leading and encouraging children's participation. Our 13-year-old was completely free to explore, allowing my husband and I to relax and enjoy our vacation! **Breakfast:** Abundant and High-Quality The breakfast selection was extensive, with over 20 Chinese and Western food stalls, including a noodle stand and an egg roll station. The children's area offered low-sugar cereals, mini muffins, and fresh juices. The ingredients were of excellent quality, including honeycomb, a yogurt maker, and fresh fruit. The coffee was also good. **Afternoon Snacks & Tea:** A Balance of Refinement and Relaxation Complimentary afternoon snacks were provided, including croissants for a fun-filled moment. Afternoon tea is served in the lobby bar, featuring Chinese pastries, Western cakes, fresh fruit, and freshly ground Pietà coffee. Lobby Bar Performances: A Romantic Atmosphere with English Songs Daily from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, the lobby bar features a resident performance by a foreign G.O. (Guest Officer). The Filipino singer's rich voice and rendition of classic songs like "Can't Help Falling in Love" and "You Are My Sunshine" resonate deeply. Children sway to the music while guests enjoy coffee and lake views in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Evening Performances and Interactions: A Professional Immersive Experience The evening show far exceeded expectations! The G.O. team's self-choreographed and performed "Around the World" had everyone dancing wildly, completely igniting the atmosphere. Children were even held by G.O.s and danced along – the interactive design catered to both family and individual needs. Special Thanks to Freya: Making Extending the Stay an Inevitable Choice Originally booked for one night, the experience was so wonderful that we decided to extend our stay. Upon learning this, Freya quickly coordinated: arranging a room extension within 10 minutes. Her adaptability and sincerity made her a standout during this vacation. Conclusion: A benchmark for family vacations. Club Med Meishan Heilongtan not only achieved the dual goals of "parents relaxing and children having a great time," but also transformed service into emotional connection through an excellent team like Freya. It's now on our family's annual must-visit list—after all, a hotel that can simultaneously leave children with unforgettable memories and allow parents to completely relax deserves to be seen by more people.

The hotel is very new and the decoration is very fresh. Someone will contact us the night before check-in to provide thoughtful check-in arrangements. We brought our 3-year-old baby to play. The water park and children's playground are very suitable for children aged 2-12. There are many check-in spots. I will come here often in the future.

I booked this hotel with a try-it attitude. During my stay, the housekeeper Lily provided excellent service and actively cooperated with any requests. The hotel facilities and equipment are good, and there is no smell, which is quite satisfactory for parents with children. There are many entertainment categories, which the children like. I will go again when I have time.

How can I describe the combination of China Railway and Club Med? Facilities: As a serious hotel for children, I think their children's playground is substandard. Needless to say, there's only one slide, and the bumper strips on various equipment are haphazardly applied, with tape tangled and tangled, and the foam blocks and other items scattered about. Some of the attractions are damaged and under repair. Service: The GO is a major feature, with excellent service. The evening show and fireworks were fantastic. There was a beautiful foreign GO lady, perhaps due to language barriers, who couldn't really join in, which was frustrating. Room: It had a resort feel, with a large, wide bed and even assistance with an extra bed. It was spacious and comfortable for three people. There was a slight odor in the hallway on the basement floor, but it was acceptable. I also have to say that the hotel's various precautions were completely useless. The pool clearly stated that a swimming cap was required, but no one bothered to do so. Well... if you don't care, just don't put up the sign... Summary: It's a good hotel for families, but it should be better to justify the price.
