該酒店是westin的中端酒店。房間很新、也比較大。位置處於reno城一個比較好的區域。床很舒服，有些點評説鬧，可能是窗户沒有關嚴吧。一樓公共區比較大。健身房設施和還可以，早餐也不錯。

I would like to love this hotel but for one stupid flaw. Hotel is nice, location is good staff were lovely but they have what they call a master switch in the room And when it’s off, you can’t turn other lights on. But, also when it’s on, so is the main light in the room and the hallway. So, if your spouse is asleep but you need to see your way in the bathroom, you need to turn on the master switch, very bright lights in the room and hallway so you don’t miss the toilet or sink. I thought there was something wrong with the wiring in our room so called the front desk and she said yes, there’s a master switch that controls the lights. I said, to confirm, if I need to turn the bathroom light on in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning, the only way I can do this is to turn on all other lights and wake everyone up and she said yes. How dumb is this?!?

Property was decent. Very nice lobby with lounge and plenty of seating. Staff was great. Room was clean and newer. The big issue was that my room faced a very busy street and the car noise at night was unbearable. I am a pretty heavy sleeper and still was woken by the noise.

We didn’t like that there was limited hotel parking and that we incurred a $15 a day parking fee. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary! We did find it strange that most housekeeping staff did not understand English. We asked for a few items and at least 4 different employees could not comprehend what we were asking for ie: a garbage bag, glasses for the room, towels, and a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage. Usually there is a scale in every fitness center of every hotel we’ve ever stayed in. But not here. Perhaps they could put one in.

nice modern. Parking for check in way too small. sidewalks narrow. staff great, breakfast nice. room clean. loaner bikes are junk.
