The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and has a slight accent in English. We drove here by car and it was a bit difficult to find the hotel entrance. There is one near the parking lot The room facilities are all OK and the smell is very good

The hotel is ideally located right in the heart of Rennes' old town, perfect for exploring on foot. Parking is convenient, with a paid underground car park accessible 24/7. Just a heads-up: the market is held in Place des Lices every Saturday. After passing through a quiet inner courtyard (where you can also enjoy a drink), you'll reach the check-in desk. The welcome was perfectly professional, much like what you'd expect from a Mama Shelter hotel. The room is spacious and features modern decor. An umbrella is provided (which can certainly come in handy in Brittany!), but there are no facilities for coffee, tea, or hot beverages. There's a mini-fridge with two bottles of water and a safe. Please note that a €50 per day deposit is charged immediately and refunded within a few days after your departure.

It was very convenient in front of the station. The room was compact but the minimum required was secured and clean. １ The floor is a bar and there are several houses around, and supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby, so it is very convenient. I think that people who go to Mont Saint Michel can stay, but it was good that buses and rental car shops can be accessed within 5 minutes walk.

Good location, excellent surroundings, fairly large rooms, no separation of wet and dry areas, spacious lobby, acceptable hygiene, but mediocre service. I wonder if they do not approve of guests who make multiple reservations but only stay for one night, and will ignore them even if they are notified of their needs many days in advance.

When we arrived we were welcomed with the smile, we were given the keys of our room plus a badge for private parking in the morning, the buffet was dressed for breakfast that was nice Thanks again and soon

Booked a two-bedroom apartment, actually next door to the hotel. Remodeled from the old room, there is no elevator, the corridor is narrow, and the window at the stairway cannot be closed. The room is spacious and can accommodate six people. There is a kitchen and washing machine. WiFi signal is very poor. Breakfast is good value for money and the service staff is good.

Small but comfortable room. The staff is helpful and pleasant. The hotel is convenient, good for getting back on the road quickly. On the other hand, it was too hot in the room; there was no way to lower the temperature with the air conditioning; we had to open the window all night. No elevator, two floors to climb with suitcases, a bit difficult if you're alone.

The location is excellent in the old city part, very close to my convention place with many restaurants nearby. The hotel building is old, with only one one-man elevator. The shower is very bad: a small tube just enough for one person standing. The water was small and the hot water was not hot enough. During my stay, the internet did not work. There were two nights with noisy party nearby until 2:00 am. The hotel is a 2.5 star than the 3-star hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable. We had a room with a bathroom with a shower open, toilet just 2 cm. Not very convenient if you want to do a shower and another wants to do your needs ^^. We did not choose breakfast when booking, however we wanted it but no information in the room to inform us and motivate us to go there (except a price card) so we had to search on the internet. Fortunately nearby, a Leclerc and McDo were at our disposal (at least 50 metres walking so super well located!)
