This is such a good Travelodge. The staff are excellent..I must mention Shoaib and Awais on reception..nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are huge and spotlessly clean.. unlike the Best Western in Calcot..where I'd been staying . Location is great ..close to Reading..but a quiet location.There are plenty of shops and places to eat within walking distance . Next door there is a good pub and restaurant..always busy with plenty of outdoor space. Id highly recommend Whitley.. especially over the weekend when the price is great value for money.

This travelogue whitely is very nice it's a cozy and peaceful place and my stay was very nice the I talk with one of the staff kanchan she was very nice and helpful.she was very friendly and overall my stay was perfect 👌. I really had a good time.

The staff have really been supportive throughout May stay. Id like to give a shout-out to Shoaib, Kanchan & Karen they are truly respectful, friendly & a heardworking trio. Wonderful asset to the company. Keep it up guys , amazing team🥰😅😅

Lovely clean, welcoming hotel. Karen who booked me in on the first day took all the time she had to help me as I struggle with physical health. Lovely, bubbly manager who is a credit to you. Every time shes in, smiling, checking in on the guests, giving them, me the time of day, the same goes for Shoaib, fantastic, caring, helpful gent. Donna and her cleaning team, do a fantastic job, always laughing and chatting with everyone, sharing jokes, making a lonely situation so much better and having a fantastic stay. You really need to let them know just how appreciated they are. Absolute credit to you and Whitley Travelodge

Very nice and friendly service. Kanchan was very helpful when organising taxi and helping with local places. Very easy stay and rooms were lovely. Bathroom was also very nice. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was also good. Overall great stay

Booked this location for 1 night and breakfast for 4 person. When arriving in and finding only box breakfast will be provided. Room condition is so-so, much messy is about the internet wifi connection, you have to pay £3 for 2 devices after connecting 1st device, you will find very difficult to connect 2nd device then I paid for another £3 to get my 2nd device to get connection. Could Travelodge make it easier to buy internet wifi service like Premier Inn and show clearly about the breakfast provision? For me the key factors to consider when determining the quality of your stay in any location including my rating for this one is as follows- 1. Room Cleanliness and aesthetic (this location gets (100%) 2. availability of amendments/ willingness to meet my needs (100%) 3. staff ease of communication & approachability (100%) 4. General quality of amenities (70%) So overall this was a great stay especially for the price I paid and the size of the room was fantastic, it was clean & smelt great (shout out to the efficiency of the housekeeping team) the staff overall was very welcoming, approachable and helpful (special thanks to ‘Kanchan’ who had the warmest smile & went the extra mile to let me know she would take care of any of my needs, even at the ungodly hours of night The only improvements I would feedback is more so about the general quality of the amenities, as I found a bedside charging socket and the bathroom shavers sockets did not work for me & the heater took a while to efficiently heat up such a large room but also a while to cool down. The view from the window was also not the best but certainly offered more privacy then the front facing rooms, but admittedly these points are probably me being too critical & they did not greatly impact this overall recommendable experience.

My stay at this travelodge hotel whitely is very nice and the staff at reception kanchan was very nice she helped Me with the problems . Room and the entire stay was very nice .kanchan was very friendly and I would Love to visit and stay next time aswell.
