The hotel was horrible in all sense except the fact that the staff was very helpful and kind and tried their best to make up for the pathetic food quality and bad rooms. There was no electricity no wifi no tv connection no mobile network

The location is 5 km away from ganpatipule temple but it has a private beach, swimming pool, and a lot of space close to nature. Food - they didn't have more options. For stay it is a very good option.

Hi, with reference to my recent stay at your property fern ganpatipule. During 9 to 11 nov, 2024. I had experience the worst service from your side. I have booked top end room ( hazel suite ) to have quality time with my family. When my 9 year old kid went for shower he got electric shock from shower panel. I was amazed how carelessly wiring was done. No one can even think that he will get shock from shower panel. To solve this problem your technician spent almost an hour in room. And also our privacy get compromised. Thanks, chirayu.

Super experience with stunning view and best every hospitality from blue ocean & fern resort. Loved the overall vibes in the resort and it was so calming and peaceful. However i would recommend going for a villa instead of winter green rooms.

The blue ocean fern resort at malgund is located on a beautiful surrounding. Hilly area hence stretched up and down. Staff was good but very few were available. Rooms were not well maintained, very difficult to open the locks. Had to struggle every time to open the rooms. Specially room 25 & 26.

The stay was amazing.. the ambiance is peaceful and the staff is great.. Special thanks to Abhishek..Beach view feels soo soothing and calming big yes to the location.. and the service too.. seeing this one soon with nostalgia and lots of good memories..
