"I had booked 4 rooms in the hotel while going to goa and returning from there. My experience while going was good in C wing of the hotel however I had a terrible experience while coming back from goa in the A wing of the hotel. The ACs were not functioning properly for all 4 rooms even when switched to 18 deg, water tap was broken, unhygienic as guests were drying their clothes outside the room & multiple lizards outside the room made it a terrible experience. At the value paid per room this was not worth at all."

"The resort is located in Malgund, a little ahead of Ganpatipule. The stay area is different and beach access area is different, you have to cross the street to access beach. The beach area is beautiful and scenic. It has a cafe and well planned sitting arrangement near beach. One can sit for hours peacefully and enjoy the beach view. The stay area is walkable and all the main areas can accessed, or you have buggy option too. Breakfast had variety of spread, but lacked the taste. But the restaurant food is good. Rooms are clean, and have all necessary amenities. Not as spacious compared to what they charge."

"Our trip to Dapoli was a completely last-minute decision — an 11th-hour plan without any prior booking. The drive from Pune to Dapoli itself was wonderful and very refreshing. We stayed at The Fern by Marriott, Dapoli, and it turned out to be a great choice. The hotel has a beautiful ambience, very clean rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere overall. During our stay, the staff had arranged a Holi celebration ***** with a special Konkani food festival at the restaurant, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A special mention for Ms. Pooja from the reception team, who organised a bird-watching trail for us. She took us to a very peaceful and dense forest trail where we could observe different birds. She explained the names and sounds of the birds very well, making the experience both educational and memorable. Overall, it was a lovely and memorable stay. We would definitely like to visit The Fern, Dapoli again."

"I recently visited Lotus Resort in Murud- Dapoli. It is very well maintained resort with private access to Murud Beach. They have a good landscape covering cottages, garden area and an excellent restaurant- Wadi. They also serve authentic Maharashtrian dishes, food quality is very good. I would like to give names of people -Nivas mandal, Sohel and Yash, they have shown excellent hospitality. I would like to recommend this resort for a family vacation. The location is near to Durga Temple and Keshvaraj Temple, oldest temples in Dapoli."

"Overall, our stay was extremely wonderful, and we are very happy with all the services provided. Everything was well managed, and the hospitality truly made our experience memorable. A special thanks to Nutan from the Housekeeping team and Adarsh, who went out of their way to help us. Their support, politeness, and proactive approach were genuinely appreciated and made a significant difference to our stay. However, I would like to highlight one area of concern. We were quite disappointed with the behaviour of the swimming pool staff during our stay. On all three days, the staff was extremely rude in their communication. We initially wanted to raise a complaint immediately but chose to avoid escalating the matter at that time. On one occasion, we requested to carry towels for ourselves and our infant after swimming, which was denied in a very impolite manner. The situation could have been handled much more professionally. The following day, we again experienced rude behaviour regarding removal of footwear near the pool area. Such interactions were unpleasant and did not match the otherwise high standards of service at your hotel. I request you to please look into this matter seriously, take appropriate action, and brief the concerned staff on guest communication and etiquette. Apart from this issue, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the efforts of your team."

"Yashraj beach resort is walkable distance from murud beach. Though it is narrow internal road to reach there by car, it was manageable. They have nice swimming pool. Bring our vegetarian hotel, i had dinner and breakfast once and it was better than average. Rooms were nice and ac was working even though electricity was on and off. Service was good though delayed at times due to peak time. Bathroom was not at all comfortable as it was leaking right above the commode. Basin and tap were not aligned and hence the water was spilling out whenever using it."

"premier room had a dedicated wifi router. Was a bit skeptical about getting veg food. But no complains. Breakfast spread also adequate. Limited items (which i think make sense otherwise ppl waste a lot), and good in taste. One incident which i didnt like - while on our way to the resort, i got a call from them that the room which i had booked has some electrical problem and that they are trying to get it corrected. But if not, they asked if i am ok to take the cottage. When i reached the resort, they again asked me the same question. When i got to know that the cottage was a lower category room than the one i booked, i refused. So they gave me the Premier room which i had booked. Surely, there was no electrical problem, and they would have wanted to accommodate someone else into the premier room and was trying to push me for a lower category room. This is not professional conduct. Apart from this particular incident, there are no other complaints. All the staff were very polite and welcoming."
