"The resort is located in Malgund, a little ahead of Ganpatipule. The stay area is different and beach access area is different, you have to cross the street to access beach. The beach area is beautiful and scenic. It has a cafe and well planned sitting arrangement near beach. One can sit for hours peacefully and enjoy the beach view. The stay area is walkable and all the main areas can accessed, or you have buggy option too. Breakfast had variety of spread, but lacked the taste. But the restaurant food is good. Rooms are clean, and have all necessary amenities. Not as spacious compared to what they charge."

In the scorching heat of may also, the room felt cool without AC. Adventure activities and indoor games available for kids which is a plus point. The food is super delicious, fish was fresh all the time we ate. Reena tai was on the live counter and made delicious konkani dishes for breakfast.. all the staff was very polite, helpful, specially sohail, riya, niwas, krutika, tejashree, yash. We enjoyed our stay fully. Definitely want to come again in winter. Some insect exposure is expected, please carry repellents."

Now the Black sheep the security guy sitting under the tree in the evening drunk and kept arguing on parking issues ...??"

"premier room had a dedicated wifi router. Was a bit skeptical about getting veg food. But no complains. Breakfast spread also adequate. Limited items (which i think make sense otherwise ppl waste a lot), and good in taste. One incident which i didnt like - while on our way to the resort, i got a call from them that the room which i had booked has some electrical problem and that they are trying to get it corrected. But if not, they asked if i am ok to take the cottage. When i reached the resort, they again asked me the same question. When i got to know that the cottage was a lower category room than the one i booked, i refused. So they gave me the Premier room which i had booked. Surely, there was no electrical problem, and they would have wanted to accommodate someone else into the premier room and was trying to push me for a lower category room. This is not professional conduct. Apart from this particular incident, there are no other complaints. All the staff were very polite and welcoming."

Even after asking the front desk to change the linens after we checked in, they changed the bed sheet for 2 rooms only. Pillow cover, blanket cover etc was soiled only. Since there was no phone network, we were not able to contact Told this to the manager at front desk and he also seemed to be helpless and wasn't even apologetic. It was a horrible experience for 2 days and I would not suggest this property to anyone."
