Worst hotel ever we stayed. We could bear only 1 night. Horrible service. Regretted every minute.

The place is amazing. Check in took so long considering we have 2 elderlies and a child. Check out was convenient as one of the managers helped out. The room is beautiful and buggy service is a plus

Very Good

It’s was super nice. Staff is very nice and polite. Reception staff was very nice as well. Amenities are super. I will come back there for sure. Rooms are amazing, style and design. Beach, pools and all the rest things. 10 out of 10. There was only 1 negative point is the super noisy A/C in my room, it sounded like a tractor. I used earplugs to fall a sleep. Next time I will mention this as a priority point while booking the room.

Good but price in december is little expensive

We decided to drive through the UAE and this is a must see. The location is beautiful filled with things to do. Would definitely recommend and see again!

The resort is amazing. No doubt it is one of the best resort in RAK. We spent the new years and our anniversary in The Cove Rotana and we had a great time.We were taken care off really well with all special treatments. The food in cinnamon is amazing and the staff in the resort are so friendly. As we checked in our room, we saw the room given to us did not have a balcony nor a bathtub. We requested for an upgrade as we had paid a huge amount for the NYE. A staff named Tara helped us to get the upgrade really quick. The housekeeping guy was the sweetest. He decorated our bed well and also put a board with the anniversary wishes!! Also there was a staff in Breakers Beach Bar named Min. He is an amazing guy. I had ordered for a mojito and informed him it needs to look good as it was for social media. He made sure he gave me the best one and also suggested I should opt for strawberry mojito. He then said it was not possible for him to give the mojito in the glass as we were not having at the bar instead we were at the beach resting on the sun beds. When he saw I was a little upset he let us have the glass taken to the beach. Such an amazing guy!!! Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend this resort to all who would love to have a great time with family and friends.

Facilities: Although it is a long-standing hotel, I didn't feel that it was a long-standing hotel. The walls and supporting facilities of the room are very complete, and it is not a traditional old-fashioned decoration. It has a sense of design. Hygiene: The bed sheets and quilt covers are very clean and tidy, and the room is also very comfortable😌The only thing is that there is no toothbrush and toothpaste directly in the room. If you need it, you need to call to send it. Environment: The hotel is like a holiday villa by the sea, with a private beach🏖️The area is very pleasant, and there are three swimming pools. Because I went late, only one infinity pool next to the bar is open until 21:00 in the evening. Swimming in the sea breeze and drinking a little wine, isn't this life? Service: The service attitude is very good, and the phone call to send things is also very timely. After arriving at the hotel, the concierge will help you park and send luggage to the room. Maybe the whole area is relatively large (I didn't visit much due to time reasons), there will be a small shuttle bus to pick up and drop off everywhere. Next time, I must go early to enjoy it😎 The overall experience is good😌

The front desk staff was very helpful. They learned that we checked in very late. They helped us check out at 2pm for free. They also upgraded us to a sea view room with a great view for free. Needless to say, the hotel environment is amazing. Let the pictures speak for themselves😄

Good service staff, clean

The rooms are old-fashioned, the environment is good, the service is a bit bad, a bit good, and unstable. But the restaurant is really bad, not delicious, and the service staff is unfriendly.
