LHP Suite Rapallo

English: We stayed here a couple of nights in July 2021 while traveling Liguria and we had not booked anything in advance so our reservation took place on the same day of our arrival. It is a beautiful apartment, modern with all the comforts but calling it a suite is exaggerated as the context certainly does not make it a suite but just an apartment. Honestly 250 euros a night seems like a steal to me as it does not even have a parking lot and not even a nice view since the windows overlook the courtyard of a building as old as that of the apartment itself. They asked us to let them know half an hour before our arrival for the delivery of the keys and so we did and despite this we had to wait 1 hour, without exaggeration, outside waiting for someone to arrive and when He arrived he did not even deign to apologize. It says that there is a coffee machine but the Moka does not work with the electric plates so in the end we could not even have breakfast at home. I repeat it is a beautiful apartment but it is not a suite and the service is really awful. I wouldn't go back and I don't recommend it because of the rude manners.
