一起從珍寶島過來10多個人，凡是在網上訂的房間，到了以後都説沒有房，要求加價才給，我訂了台架房，因為連續下雨，這段時間房間比較潮濕，需要開空調除濕，結果説胎家房沒有空調遙控器，一箇中年男的打招呼才綿綿的，讓我一個不配套的遙控器，和我一起去的另外幾個就沒那麼好采了，退掉訂單重新現場付錢 東西破破爛爛，關鍵是服務態度很糟糕，那個中年女的。**志還可以。他們現場付錢，因為説沒有房了，其實房子是大把的，這個時候大家都明白，到處都是房子。酒店入住率也就是兩成左右。用了20多年的攜程，第1次評價這麼多。特價房不給遙控器，不讓使用空調，有史以來第1次。也是第1次看到當面坐地起價的，而且空房子多的不計，硬説沒有房了，因為外面下着大雨沒地方可轉。
