"The facilities are great, but the service, not so much. As you can see from the picture, there's a layer of dust on the shelf, and the same goes for the nightstand – I could literally draw a line through it with my finger. When I brought it up, the staff tried to argue, saying, 'You must be from the south, this is how it is when we open windows up north.' First of all, we had just entered Shanhaiguan; we're not *that* far south. Second, we've driven the entire G331, and no other hotel had this issue. Secondly, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and the environment was nice, but the omelet station attendant was nowhere to be found... It was ridiculous; they only showed up after I had finished my meal."

"The hotel's bathroom layout is bizarre; the shower and toilet are combined, and you have to wipe the floor dry after showering, otherwise you have to wait for the water to dry before you can use the toilet. Also, the bathroom door has a large gap, so shower water flows outside. The hallway outside the room is dark; the brightest light is from the security camera light—I don't understand why they installed that. Although the hallway is dark, the gap under the room door seems particularly wide when the room lights are off. There are pitifully few clothes racks in the room—only two, and they pinch your fingers. I don't understand how they got a 10/10 rating."

"I must have booked a room with a private bathroom and... I got a private toilet but without a shower! I had to go downstairs to take a shared shower. Another thing I didn't like was the smell of mold coming from the AC. The location was nice though, the owner was friendly, WiFi was ok and the room was clean."

The hotel is located by the Ussuri River, with a pleasant view of the riverside park. There's a musical fountain at night, which attracts a lot of people – another great feature!"

"We lived in three and I would point out at once: the room was not enough pillows, but that was the only thing that embarrassed us at the first moment. However, the staff reacted instantly just in a few minutes, we were brought with extra pillows, soft and pleasant. This attention to the details was very impressive! The room was spacious spaces were enough for everyone with comfort. And the view of the river is a separate pleasure. Beds convenient, with orthopedic mattresses. Bedding clean, clearly just washed and neatly filled. No dust or spot perfect purity. Location is 15 minutes walk from Lilia Square. If you hurry on a taxi of only 6 yuan. Breakfast one of the pluses. Eggs , rice with vegetables, salads, tea and coffee fruit ."

"A fantastic hotel! During check-in, the front desk apologetically reminded us that there were wedding banquet rooms available, so it might be a bit noisy. I think it must be because the hotel is so nice that they would arrange for wedding banquets to accommodate guests from afar. The hotel's location seems to be almost out of town, but the rooms were very well-appointed, extremely clean and comfortable, with disposable towels and toiletries of a high standard. Location aside, the rooms are definitely one of the best in Raohe. The location is also undeniable, being no more than two kilometers from the city center. There are large parking spaces both in front and behind. The river embankment of the Ussuri River is just across the street. The rooms are well soundproofed and very quiet at night. You can also see the beautiful Dadingzi Mountain in the distance. It's truly perfect. I would definitely go back and stay longer if I have the chance."

"This stay was perfect. The hotel design is both stylish and comfortable, the lobby is stylish, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The staff service is warm and thoughtful, from the front desk to the meticulous cleaning of the rooms, it is impressive. The heated swimming pool has clear water and complete fitness equipment. The breakfast is rich in variety and the local specialties are especially delicious. The surrounding transportation is convenient and the business district is within walking distance. A souvenir was also given when checking out. The overall value for money is highly recommended for business travel and leisure vacation travelers, and will choose again next time.
