Had such a great stay at the garage, super scenic spot. The room was just perfect and it was quite a treat to arrive to fresh baked banana bread and chocolate cake the day we arrived. The owner was very accommodating and there to answer any questions. My boys, ages 11 and 13 were able to explore the property up to the waterfall behind the home which was an extra special treat. Especially when her dogs followed us along the trail I think that made their day. We even got to take advantage of the hot tub after our day of hiking. Looking back I would have booked 2 nights here as we really loved it and could have easily stayed 2 days and done some of our tours venturing out from there. .

I had a delightful experience at this retreat, surrounded by stunning scenery. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by offering a selection of delicious pastries and refreshing drinks.

Very good location close to the small water fall and lake. Warm wellcome by the owner reception. Cute dogs make feel very friendly.

All is good. The mountain and waterfalls view was so nice and picturesque. Room is spacious. And i like the kitchen area too.there is a door to access back yard.Its just the kitchen hood light not functioning and the mirror is too high for short people like me. But that is just a small issue for me. Owner also very nice person and i feel welcoming to their place.

Best stay in Iceland! We received a super warm welcome upon our arrival. The hosts welcomed us with their homemade chocolate coffee cakes and cookies. The room was lovely and cosy and had an equipped kitchen and also a dining area. The hostel lobby also has a large kitchen where you may use any of the cooking supplies they provided. Each room had an easy access to the backyard with a lit up Christmas tree. The front of the hostel had an outdoor built hot tub for guests to use.
Overall it was exceptionally nice, we loved our stay at The Garage.

房間很整潔，有簡單廚房用品可供使用，
入住前已通知附近沒有餐廳及房租不含早餐，
所以我們入住前有準備一些食物，可在房間烹煮
很幸運第一晚入住便見到極光，一開門便可觀看
房主有兩隻牧羊犬，很好動友善
這間住宿推薦。

温暖温馨的北歐風格的房子，我們到的晚，房東留下紙條告知具體的房間。周圍環境也很好，前面是水，背後是山還有瀑布。房東的狗也很好玩，主動跑過來找你玩。可惜我們在的那天天氣不好，晚上可以説是狂風驟雨，早上還在下。如果是晴天，那裡一定是非常棒的地方。
