great resort it is.. i don't think there can be another resort like this amidst the mountains. Chef Satish from Udai restro served us the most awesome mushroom dish. Chef sudipta made us eat the millet dosa with full of love and great taste. The only thing this place lacked is not much friendly when it comes to kids food. Not at all cooperative and the behaviour of the front office" typical delhi" boy who kept on lying and lying .

Enjoyed a lot, everyone is very polite especially Aarti from Ollie’s club & Neha guest relation manager spoiled all of us with fully engaged fun day. Our butler Harshil and Rohan are very helpful, kudos to whole mementos team. Will definitely go back again soon ❤️

Had the best experience staying at this property. It doesn’t feel like udaipur at all. The landscaping, rooms everything is just so thoughtful. We stayed 3 nights and each and every staff member made our stay very very memorable. Rakesh (our butler) , Neha from senior management, Rohan , Tej from restaurant, Chef Sunil at Royal Vega and all the chefs at the buffet restaurant were extremely extremely sweet and helpful. They have personally taken care of all our needs and requests. Ganesh from the restaurant was also helpful. There are so many names i’m missing but we have a great time because of them. I got my spa and hairwash done and it was the best! Pankaj at the salon did my hairwash blow dry and im so happy with the service. He had amazing tips for my hair! Nikhil at the box cricket was also very helpful and the kids loved it. Mr tridip rathore managed our entire stay and upgraded all our rooms. from food to the entire experience it was all very very pleasant! Coming here next month again!

We had an amazing experience at Mementos By ITC Udaipur on our recent visit. Warm welcome and amazing showaround by Farhan. Rohit at The Rock bar was incredible with his skills. Delicious food offered at Kebabs and Kurries by the masterchef Muzzafar. It was all worth it!
