The stay at the hotel was great, rooms were neat and clean and the staff responded promptly to the calls, the quality of food was good and the ambience was beautiful. Perfect for a weekend getaway and destination weddings, though a bit on the outskirts of the city but nevertheless a beautiful and a picturesque location. Loved the stay.

The stay at the hotel was awesome, rooms were neat and clean and the staff responded promptly to the calls, the quality of food was good and the ambience was beautiful. The location of the property is a bit on the outskirts of Rajkot, however if we drive down the countryside it's hardly 20 mins from the city centre.

Beautiful ambience and a perfect weekend getaway spot, also perfect for destination weddings and social events. Would recommend this to everyone who’s planning for such events. Also had been to one of the corporate events before and had a lovely meal at this place

Very disappointing experience with THE EMERALD CLUB. A deluxe room was booked by me 7 days prior to my visit and I had received the confirmation for the same. As soon as I reached the hotel the receptionist allotted me a room which was at the end of the property and in a very bad condition. I requested for a room change but she refused and said that the room has DG generator connected to it and the stay will be comfortable. When we reached the hotel room we were surprised to see that there was no electricity in the room and the generator wasn’t working. I reached out to the staff and he assured me the electricity would be back in 10 minutes. When the electricity came we saw the room and it was very dirty. Sheets were unclean, floors were not swept properly and the bathroom was dirty. I requested the staff for the room change but they said they were booked but in reality the whole resort was empty. Next morning again there was an electricity cut around 7 AM and we could here staff talking loudly in our villa premises and disturbing us. There were electricity cuts every 15 mins and this continued till 10 AM. Finally we packed our stuff and were ready to check out around 11 AM. The stay here was very unpleasant and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The property needs to have more cleanliness and the staff behaviour should be professional.

Property is good but I don’t like breakfast system & water bottle charges are not realistic in short what they r charging it’s not worth accordingly. They can make it much better and we were expecting buffet style breakfast but it was not. Best part is staff they are really good.
