"Explained everything to three different staff. Hussain, various reception staff and your manager Akash Pandey. Issues : Noise from neighbouring room. Shouting, TV and 7 guests in one room! Door key cards not working from day one. Reset 14 times for both of us. Air conditioning not working and wasn't fixed despite complaining. Smoking smells in corridor from other rooms, despite complaining NOTHING happened. Worst experience of a hotel management. Akshay Pandey, should not be a manager, he has no manners or people skills. All he said we will sort it out. Nothing done to resolve my suffering for 3 days. He was suppose to call me after 30 minutes.... He never did! I inquired at the reception and yet he had simply sat in the back office and never came out to explain anything. Absolutely rubbish service and poor quality of services. My professional advisor will investigate the matter with international Hotels Group Authority. Draft out strong case and send it to Media Influencers, Hotel rating authority, Google reviews, Trip Advisor reviews and Mumbai Media channels."

And the lawns urvasi and vaishali both are very recommend for weddings functions and also the pillars less darwar Hall feels us a king mahal. Absolutely beautiful palace. I think the restaurant sheeshmahal was one of the best restaurant in rajkot as per the food, interior looks with very polite staffs. We enjoy the kathiabadi food with a beautiful sweet dish in dinner. Will surely recommend to our family and friends. If anybody planning for rajkot tourist place it's the one of the best and memorable tourist place for visit."

"We as a couple had a weekend getaway and the experience was the best. The property is well planned. From the outside, it may look dry but as soon as you enter, the experience starts becoming better. The first thing that will catch your eyes is the glass pyramids. They have an amazing pool and a mini-boat-ride. Being an offering from "the Lords" group, the food was amazing. You order anything and it will turn out to be tasty. The chef and the restaurant staff was very caring and ensured positive experience. We wanted to try so many things but have a small stomach. Interiors - the rooms as well as the lobbies - give a royal feel . The staff is not used to too many visitors so the service is a little slow. Other facilities - Indoor games - banquet - movie theatre The only problem is the location of this property. It is far away from the city and the pick-up and drop service provided by the hotel is costly. I believe it is also probably the reason of lower number of visitors in spite of being such an amazing hotel."
