Lords Inn Rajkot

I stayed for 3 days. The rooms are great and everything was ok the first day. Then on the second day I left my phone charger on the socket and I couldn’t find it when I return. It took me an hour and 2 calls and 2 trips to the reception to retrieve it because the cleaning lady put it god knows where. The next day I washed my socks and left them to dry on the track and when I returned I couldn’t find them and they were lost. Good natured but clueless receptionists who accomplish nothing. I strongly don’t recommend it

Good view but poorly kept and untrained staff. The location and view was great. However the staff in cafe, housekeeping,etc lacked understanding probably from poor training. The check in experience was horrible as we were assigned room which had not been cleaned yet and had no windows. Aanchal at front desk checked us in and was not apologetic and blank faced. Aakshi and Jiya at front desk finally corrected the situation. Will not stay here again.

Arriving at the hotel was a 5-Star experience. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team! They are amazing on all levels. Friendly, do a great job in the room and kind. At the front door the gentleman was super. Always there with a great way about him. He makes you feel welcome with his friendly attitude AND safe. The kitchen team could use a little work. One girl had a weird attitude and not a waitress type feel to her. Maybe because I didn’t speak with local language. The guys were on it and friendly so made up for it. Overall the food is really good but not a place I looked forward to going for breakfast.

A good, clean property with amazing views! Massive rooms. Comfortable beds. The service needs an improvement. Seems to be a problem common to all Lords Inn.

There are so many positive things to say about this hotel, but the best thing we can say is that the staff made our retreat very delightful with their great service and warmth. The rooms were quite comfortable and the staff was very welcoming throughout our stay. My child became sick during our stay, but the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, including making sure my baby and I ate on time. They truly are amazing. Kudos! During our two days there, it was excellent value for the money in every way. Furthermore, Mr. Dinesh Chauhan was the icing on the cake. After checking out, I realized that I had left my priceless gold chain in the restroom, and I nearly misplaced it. When I called the hotel, the staff checked with one another and with their manager, who I would be in direct contact with till my chain arrives in Rajasthan my home, They also double checked till the time I receive my chain. Rajkot genuinely made an impression on me, and the Lord's Inn I am incredibly appreciative to Mr. Dinesh for packing and couriering the priceless artifact to my city. I constantly ask God to bless him. May your hotel flourish in every manner and your employees thrive. Thanks, Rettika

The room was spacious and clean with great decor. The food is so delicious. The service is also remarkable.no words to say about the food Quality.its like Awesome. Good Service. Nice restaurant. Good staff behaviour Great Experience and Special Thanks to Mr Adarsh, Sunny, Miss Sangeeta, Manju .
