I had such a wonderful stay at Raffles Sentosa. My butlers, Ronnie and Christopher, really made the experience special - they always seemed to know what I needed before I even asked. A real highlight was my 10pm bath every night, which they prepared perfectly. With all the rain during my stay, it was exactly what I needed to wind down.

Breakfast at Empire Grill has really improved as well. I couldn’t go without the salmon eggs benedict and the crêpe - both were spot on every morning. I had dinner at the Empire Grill and Royal China as well this time which was perfect for hosting my guests. 

I also had a massage with Feifei, which was fantastic. She’s excellent and I’d highly recommend her to anyone staying at the resort.

All in all, it was a memorable stay with those little touches that make Raffles feel so special.

We were there for a night to attend the Lady Gaga concert. After we checked out, we weren't even allowed to stay at the cafe for a cup of coffee as the cafe staff said we were no longer staying guests.

All Amenities are very good .

I had a bad experience wid Front Office .I believe he was a local Guy on shift 21 Mar Evening 9 clock approx .Can behave like this with Guest .

Rest the housekeeping Team specially  Bhunesh  and krushna they were too good and really took care of us .

Raffles Hotel unequivocally deserves a perfect five-star review! My stay completely exceeded all my expectations, from the thoughtful pre-arrival communication to the meticulous service at check-out; every single detail made us feel truly valued and pampered.

The hotel reception is located on the 34th floor. Its design perfectly blends Eastern aesthetics with modern luxury, creating a grand and elegant lobby. I particularly loved the romantic deep purple color palette, beautifully complemented by the artistic floral arrangements throughout. Our room's floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of Shenzhen Bay and Talent Park, while the bar and lounge on the 71st floor provided panoramic vistas of the entire city. Yesterday, we were lucky enough to catch a spectacular sunset and evening glow from the 71st floor. Standing by the window, gazing at the expansive sky, it felt as if I was completely absorbing the energy of the universe – truly a magical and wonderful feeling.

Of course, the bedding was luxuriously soft and comfortable, and the smart control system allowed for effortless adjustment of the lighting ambiance. The well-stocked minibar and the thoughtful 'whitespace' in the room design further underscored the hotel's commitment to quality in every detail. And the breakfast spread was exceptionally lavish and varied.

A special thank you to our butlers, Leo, Echo, Qian, Maddy, and Kathryn. They not only helped us secure a room with the most perfect view but also went above and beyond by preparing a celebratory cake and even hand-drawing a card with a message that perfectly captured what I wanted to convey (even though I hadn't explicitly told them the content I wished to write). In short, everything was absolutely perfect.
