I rated this hotel a little low because of an issue that has to do with invasion of privacy. I took the elevator to my room with my child and wife because my wife came to pick up some of Chile’s luggage. As soon as I walked into the room the phone was ringing. I didn’t answer it thinking that we are going downstairs and I will check with the front desk. Within minutes we went downstairs and I went straight to the front desk and asked the hotel staff if they called my room and they said yes. They wanted to verify the identity of my wife. I told them that was not needed and it’s an invasion of privacy. I found their behavior to be unacceptable at all. It’s unneeded since she wasn’t staying in the room and she walked up to the room with me and with our child.

Délit de faciès accueil horrible
Nous avons été victime de délit de faciès
Nos bagages n’ont pas été pris en charge après une demi heure d’attente nous n’avons pas été servi au restaurant au prétexte que la cuisine était fermée alors qu’ils avaient déjà pris notre commande !! Nous avons quitté l’hôtel car c’était de trop !!cet hôtel n’a de 5 et étoiles que le nom. Deux autres clients se sont retrouvés dans la même situation que nous .

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the location is ideal, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Great facilities, including an indoors pool and a delicious breakfast buffet. Highly recommend and will return!

Everything in the room was either broken or falling off. Clean room and spacious. First they were supposed to put me in the 16th floor then something happened and took me down to the crappy broken room 6/7 floors down.
