基本上每次到衢州出差都住他們家，主要圖方便，衞生情況還可以，就是有個別房間花灑固定器壞了，洗澡要手持不方便！

民宿就在水亭門景區裏面，出門就是各種逛逛逛，這點很好。民宿的環境和設計也很有心，老宅子改的，一步一景很美。但是設施比較舊了，衞生打掃也可以做得更有心一些，衞生間沒有門衹是個簾子，且容易脱落，這個可以改進一下，有一天放浴巾的架子也自己掉下來了，嚇人一跳，這些小的設施還是需要好好維護。

設施：房間設施齊全，復古的裝修風格，門口都配有小桌椅很好，衞生間乾濕分離。有收費停車場，距離很近。
寵物友好
衞生：衞生沒問題的，續房打掃都很及時。
環境：環境優美，就在古城邊上，附近吃飯，購物，遊玩都很方便，江邊可以釣魚，也可坐遊船，古鎮可以逛吃。
服務：前台服務專業，提前電聯溝通停車等事宜，到店小白已在門口等候，還贈送了歡迎水果。
好灶頭飯店菜品很好，清朝小餛飩店裡的當地美食也很好吃。

管家入住前主動電話聯繫，貼心的告知如何停車以及遊玩攻略。浴霸無法工作第一時間前來維修。民宿走的是懷舊風，裏面的老物什勾起了長者的回憶，興致勃勃地告訴我們屬於他們年幼時的記憶。
