地點是真好，也看得出來是非常規範的資深民宿，但是衞生條件很一般，畢竟是老房子，床上有很多小蟲子，小飛蚊那種。早餐比較簡單，整個服務還算禮貌，但是服務並不算很好。反正隨便住住還可以

酒店離衢州水亭門城樓很近，出酒店步行幾步就到了古城的主幹道。
酒店是個老宅子，一進入就有一種天然的木頭香氣，選的房間是一個閣樓，看得到古樸的房樑和雕花的窗格，推開窗就能看到庭院內一方小天地。
對於遊衢州古城來説，是個很不錯的住宿選擇。

挺古樸，在景區內，唯一不足就是停車有點費勁，可能是節假日的原因。早餐中的小配菜真的太衢州了，超級好吃。
