The staff were very pleasant n helpful especially the Front Office n in the Restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. We also had dinner there and had top quality food. You can’t ask for a better location. Our room was outstanding, spacious with a lovely balcony. Thank you to all the staff had made our stay a memorable one.

The staff were absolutely delightful, everything you expect in a luxury hotel. Accommodations were excellent, it was a treat to be staying in the historic district and get to see the President arrive to work in the mornings. Food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. If we return to Quito we will absolutely stay there again! Truly a five star experience.

What can I say… this was a world class experience. The staff was great vinicio Barahona, Luis Alberto Rodriguez were part of the front desk and they were so kind and helpful they accommodated our group with issues. Very nice experience!!!

We had a wonderful ceremony and lunch here for my brothers wedding! Everything went according to plan and everyone was so accommodating. Vladimir helped us with each detail so that our family and friends could enjoy every single moment. We have arrived from all over the world especially from the United States, Europe, Australia, Loja, and everywhere in between! Thank you Vladimir, and thank you Hotel Plaza Grande. I can’t recommend having an event here enough, it was such a special time. We will be back!

This hotel was fantastic. Very attentive and friendly staff and a beautiful and very comfortable room. We didn’t secure a room with a balcony over the square as we weren’t going to spend a lot of time in the room but it would have been a nice touch if we had. This is not to say our room wasn’t great as it was perfect for what we wanted. I definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Quito.

We splurged on the presidential suite which was well worth it. The service is fantastic, hotel is beautiful. Great food in the restaurant Loved it! The location of the hotel is convenient and we felt safe walking to restaurants nearby at night. If you can get a room overlooking the beautiful plaza it’s really lovely.
