The service and care I received from Old town suites Quito is the best that I ever received for all the hotels I have stayed. My flight arrived at Quito in the early morning around 6:40am, I got to the hotel around 7:40am, hotel front desk employee Francisco took my luggages, provided me power cord to charge my phone, and even gave me a delicious breakfast. I felt I have been welcomed into my new home in Quito.
The hotel provided milk, yogurt, bread, juice, cheese, eggs, ham, vegetables and fruits for making breakfast yourself or you can tell them ahead of time and they can prepare breakfast for you. I have had amazing experience in this hotel.
The hotel location is great and you can walk to old town attractions. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.

房間還說的過去，但設施的水平太低。尤其是床的質量及床上用品老舊，很不舒服，這對旅行者來說很重要。整體上的風格有特色，但對於不發達地區和國家，這種個性化的民居還是要提醒旅行者慎重考慮。而且，就性價比來說，也不是很划算。幾個服務小伙子很好，很貼心到位。必須要給他們點贊？

If you want a fantastic and unique hotel experience, stay at the Old Town Quito Suites! We loved our room - The Room with a View! It’s a flat, really, with two large bedrooms and 1.5 baths, and a large main room that contains a kitchenette, complete with stove top and a full refrigerator. The hotel provides eggs, cheese, butter, fresh bread, fruit, yogurt, and more so you can have coffee and eat breakfast in the room. The rooms are quiet at night and full of light during the day. We loved the flat so much that we didn’t want to leave! The hotel staff who met us upon arrival, Joz, was so welcoming and explained everything we needed to know about entering and exiting the hotel door, and how all of the appliances in the kitchen work. He was lovely. The only warning I have is that there is no elevator so be prepared to lug your luggage up some stairs! But it’s so worth it to stay in a 1820s home that has been retrofitted into a charming and sparkling clean boutique hotel!

Such a clean and comfortable stay! The morning breakfasts of fresh bread, fruit, juice, coffee, and yogurt were a perfect way to start the day! The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We were a quick 10 minute walk to the historical center. Also, things that personally make my stay perfect - a dark bedroom, strong water pressure, and quietness at night - were also present. The space was nicely appointed as well, with beautiful fresh roses. We felt safe and taken care of. We would absolutely recommend this place when staying in Quito!

Really, I could not be happier with my stay here. The room, the facility, the assistance with tours and the arrangements to get here from the airport. We’re all top flight. Also, the staff was most helpful and friendly. Although I have traveled globally to over 30 countries I’m always a little nervous arriving in a new country where I do not know the language. The staff at old town suites quickly dispelled any concerns that I might have and I felt comfortable immediately being here. Looking forward to bringing my family back here next year.

This is one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. It is not a hotel so don’t expect this, but rather a beautifully cosy apartment that am sure is nicer than many peoples houses. We stayed in “high ceilings” and had 3 spacious rooms with loads of storage, a fully equipped kitchen and a really comfortable bedroom. Having been on the road for many months it was such a treat to relax and enjoy the wonderful facilities and do some self catering. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast concept where fresh food was left every day for us in the fridge but we were able to prepare it how we liked. Very generous quantities of everything. The rooms were immaculately cleaned every day and the staff at the front desk were so kind and welcoming. The apartment is located on a really nice street with bars and restaurants and just a few minutes walk from the centre of the old town. We felt safe at all times. Many thanks to all at Old Town Quito Suites for such a wonderful experience. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Quito.

This was our first trip to Ecuador and we stayed at Old Town Quito Suites three nights. Our room, Seven Arches, was beautiful and the staff was amazing! They went above and beyond ensuring our needs were met. We highly recommend staying at Old Town Quito Suites. We’ll be back and will again order the champagne basket. After a long travel day, it was a perfect finish to a warm welcome to Ecuador!
