Everything was clean & great! I would recommend this to everybody who wants a great time. It’s near to everything especially to the facts that’s inside the sm north mall.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has an access inside the mall and near to local transportation. Reception is very kind and provided us very good service. On our first night, bath towels provided are bit worn but the following day the housekeeper gave us a clean and fresh ones. There’s a noise in the bathroom from a sensor that ticks most of the time. But overall it was a good experience.

It was good, but the room glass was not cleaned well so we didn’t used it. The service was so so. But since it was close to the mall, it was very convenient.

Connected to SM mall. The room I was staying was noisy from the compressor sound whole day. Only one lift was working.

Good location and connect with big shopping mall. Easy to find food and shopping. But need improve airport transfer service. 1. Improve driver skill 2. Improve term & condition, I am very surprised that hotel charge 2500 PHP is not include toll charge.

This hotel is connected to SM Mall which is fantastic for shopping and food. Breakfast is normal and very busy. Once the chef forgot my order for soft boiled eggs and told me to wait another 20mins

Great location; it has access to the mall. Parking is connected to the mall parking so plenty of spaces. Place was clean. Service was great.

Directly connected to SM City North EDSA Shopping Mall and highly recommended to stay here if you are attending an event in SM North EDSA Sky Dome to beat the Manila traffic. Great service, very welcoming and room was clean and well maintained.

The hotel is good, comfortable, and clean. The hotel staff is also very helpful and friendly. Just the lobby on the 7th floor is not too convenient.
