The cleanliness of the hotel was kinda of disappointing. Our room didn't appear to be properly cleaned. Bath towels were all over the place, and there was even a rotten mango on the nightstand. Hotel staff was friendly, and they have a nice pool.

This was our first stop and wow did Las Cascadas set the bar high! Dallas is amazing and made our experience one of the best we have ever had. Don’t think twice, book Las Cascadas, you will not regret it!! Thank you Dallas, Madeline and all the amazing staff at Las Cascadas! We will be back!!!

From the moment we arrived, the service at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what really made our stay memorable was the incredible service we received—especially from Dallas. Dallas was hands-on the entire time and truly went above and beyond. Whether it was making sure our room was just right, helping with dinner reservations, or checking in throughout our stay to see if we needed anything, Dallas handled everything with professionalism and care. It felt like we had a personal concierge the whole time. Nothing was too small or too much trouble. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and genuinely invested in making guests feel welcome. Dallas is a standout and a big reason we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this hotel—and if you’re lucky enough to be looked after by Dallas, you’re in excellent hands.

We spent the last 3 nites of our trip in Costa Rica here at this lovely family owned and run boutique hotel. Dallas was super communicative and helpful during our stay. The staff was very friendly here. The harbor was very nice and walking distance. We loved the wildlife all around the property. We will be back!

Hotel con muy buena ubicación para ir al parque Manuel Antonio, muy cerca también del pueblo Quepos y cerca del Puerto deportivo…restaurantes cerca donde se come barato y bien….por parte del hotel muy acogedor, limpio y el desayuno de 10, la piscina muy bonita en la que puedes disfrutar de los monos saltando por los árboles. 100% recomendable.

Nos alojamos por dos noches en el Hotel Las Cascadas en nuestro viaje por Costa Rica y estuvimos encantados. La habitación con vistas espectaculares y en nuestro paso por aquí pudimos observar distintas aves e incluso monos en el recinto. Una experiencia única.
