We booked 27th June, the milk’s best before date was the day before. The toilet was not clean when we arrived. I contacted the hotel, no response.

Stayed at Quest Queenstown with my best friend and we absolutely loved it! The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed—comfy beds, a small kitchen, and even laundry facilities. It was a cozy and relaxing space to come back to after a day of adventures.
One of the best parts was how convenient the location was. The Orbus stop was just a short walk away, making it super easy and affordable to get to Queenstown CBD and the airport without needing a car. Perfect for travellers!
The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. We also had a stunning view of the mountains right from our room.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful yet well-connected stay in Queenstown. Would definitely come back!

Away from the bustling town center, the rooms are well-designed and very clean. The view of the snow-capped mountains is also very beautiful, and the surrounding area is open. My favorite hotel!

The hotel is close to Queenstown Airport and 2 large supermarkets, and is about 10-15 minutes' drive from the city center. The hotel rooms are very clean and the mountain views are beautiful.

Right next to the airport, very close to the car pick up and return place. But a little far from Queenstown, it takes 20 minutes to drive by yourself. Queenstown is really average, but this hotel can be a good stopover, such as a night's sleep before a flight. Pretty good!

We have traveled to Queenstown many times. In the past, we stayed near the city center near the lake. The hotels there were built a long time ago, the hotel environment was uneven, the facilities were old, and the accommodation experience was average. Some of them were close to the lake and had lake views. But most of them were on the hillside or near the roadside, and traffic jams were easy in the city. This is the first time we chose to stay in a hotel in the center of Remarkable. The hotel was newly built in 21 years, with new facilities, large rooms, a good environment, and a warm attitude of the service staff. It is close to the business district, restaurants, and supermarkets, and can be reached on foot. It is also very convenient to pick up and return the rental car. We went to Tekapo and came back to book another three nights of accommodation, and then found that the hotel also provides electric bicycles for rent, and the price is more favorable than outside, so I unlocked the skill of riding a bicycle to browse the beautiful scenery of Queenstown. I am so happy🥳. I like this hotel very much and will choose it again in the future.

I recently stayed in this hotel-style apartment, and the experience was beyond my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was warmed by the warm fragrance and butler-style service. The front desk lady not only checked me in quickly, but also hand-painted a map of nearby food~
The room is completely a "dream house"! The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows frame the city night view like an oil painting, and the open kitchen is equipped with capsule coffee machines and imported seasonings.

The first hotel we stayed in when we arrived in Queenstown was relatively close to the airport. The front desk had closed when we arrived, but we left our room card and checked in by ourselves. It was an average hotel with a small room, but it had all the necessary facilities and there was parking downstairs.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are big, there is free parking. It is about 10 minutes drive from the town center. The kitchen is fully equipped, clean and very useful. You can dry clothes in the washing machine.

Facilities: Very convenient, with everything you need, including an oven, microwave, infrared oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Very convenient!
Cleanliness: Very clean, everything looked new, and the room was serviced daily.
Environment: Very close to the Remarkables Ski Resort, about a 15-minute drive to the base parking lot. A large New World supermarket is a 5-minute drive away, where you can buy lamb chops for around $9, giving you complete freedom.
Service: The front desk was very polite and helpful.

Facilities: The hotel has a lot of facilities, the rooms are very large, the bathroom is also very large, and there is a kitchen. Not far from the hotel is New Zealand's Red Supermarket. It is very cost-effective to buy steaks and various foods in the supermarket and cook dinner in the hotel. The kitchen is also equipped with various equipment such as dishwashers, coffee machines, washing machines, etc., which is very convenient;
Service: The hotel service attitude is very good. Whether it is the front desk or the cleaner, they will keep smiling and greet you. But the hotel gets off work very early in the evening. If you come to check in at night, you need to check in by yourself (it seems to be to pick up an envelope or something. I arrived early and didn't encounter this situation. You may need to call in advance)
Environment: Not far from the airport, the surrounding area is a new district, and the surrounding area is all newly built apartments and hotels. The environment is relatively quiet. Some places are still under construction. I live on the other side so it is not noisy. But the hotel's sound insulation is not very good, and you can hear the sound of the cleaners cleaning in the aisle.
Sanitation: The sanitation is very clean. We stayed for three days. The cleaners would clean the bed every day and would not touch your things.
Geography: It is very close to the airport, but far from the center of Queenstown, so it is suitable for self-driving travelers or temporary accommodation at the airport. It is not recommended if you are not driving yourself, as it is very troublesome to go to Queenstown, and public transportation in New Zealand is not well developed.

Google navigation is a bit inaccurate, this hotel is at the very edge. Parking is easy and free of charge. The front desk will give you a slip and put it on the front windshield.
The hotel is quite new, and the paintings inside are very artistic. The room is large overall, but the dining table and single-seat sofa are a bit small. The water pressure was great and the hot water came quickly, but unfortunately the towel rack was not heated.
The washing machine is in the kitchen. It’s a Samsung model. It can wash, dry and dry all at once, but it’s very time-consuming. A full kitchen, tableware and various tools are available. The bed was comfortable and big enough!
I will choose this place next time I come, it is better than Ramada.
