Overall, we are satisfied with the hotel. Extended our stay here due to the strong wind in Shanghai. Please note that the hotel front desk workers need to be more hospitable especially the younger staffs. When asked the evening shift front desk workers where and how to book a car early the next morning, they just told us to wait by the road side. We waited for more than 20 minutes then the early morning shift front desk hotel workers helped to book us a cab. Grateful for their help. Otherwise, we won’t be able to get to our destination.

The exterior of the hotel was pretty nice, and upon entering the front doors, my sis and I were warmly greeted by the hotel staff at the reception. As our room was not ready yet, we were given a free upgrade to a bigger room which I’m really grateful for, since we have just ended our tiresome day and wanted a good rest, which came true in this hotel! The beds were comfy, the amenities were adequate, and there was stable wifi in the room :) Whatsmore I love that the toilet and the shower were separated which kept things really neat and tidy. Overall really worth every penny, insanely affordable for the stay.

We arrived in Quanzhou at 11pm, and the guy at the front desk was super enthusiastic! It's clean and tidy. It's a new store after all, and the location of the hotel is relatively good. It's 2km away by taxi to West Street for about 10 yuan. You can also go there by tram. In the evening, I went across the street with my good friends to have a barbecue and chat. It was super comfortable and peaceful to sleep in. Highly recommended! ! !

However, this experience was quite disappointing because my flight arrived in the early morning that day. The sound insulation effect is not good. There is something unusual in the bathroom at night. There is always the sound of the door closing in the corridor. I got up in the middle of the night and checked again, but I didn't find anything abnormal. Although the front desk changed the room the next day, I still want to complain about the service. This All Seasons hotel is the hotel where I encountered the most people at the front desk. The quality and quantity of service are not equal at all. The roommate is a platinum member. They communicated that we could check out late, but locked our room card in advance. When we checked in, we were told that we could enjoy the welcome fruit, but in the end we didn't. Although we didn't force it, the service attitude was very unpleasant.

I have stayed in All Seasons hotels in many cities before, and this is the largest room. The facilities in the room are new, the environment is super quiet at night, the hotel service staff is warm, thoughtful and patient, the hotel's free underground parking lot is large and has a large number of parking spaces, which is suitable for self-driving check-in, and there is no need to worry about parking. The breakfast time is particularly user-friendly, usually ending at 9:30, and extended to 10:00 on holidays. On Saturday, you can sleep until you wake up naturally, and then go for a beautiful breakfast. Breakfast actually has Quanzhou's special noodle soup, which is a surprise to me. In addition to milk, soy milk and coffee, there are also coconut milk and oat milk for drinks, with many varieties for you to choose from. There is a Yutianhui•Quanzhou Banquet Restaurant about 200 meters to the right of the hotel downstairs. The dishes are super good. The two of us ordered 3 dishes each time, and we ate for two nights in a row. The taste of 6 dishes is absolutely amazing. I recommend it to the friends who are staying there. There are many supermarkets, fruit stores and pharmacies downstairs of the All Seasons Hotel, and life shopping 🛍 is super convenient. In short, I feel very happy staying here, and I will stay here next time I come to Quanzhou.
