Great location, great staff, great and clean rooms, i did not include breakfast in my booking so i cannot rate the food.

Clean hotel with comfortable rooms. It is close to a shopping centre. Simple but good breakfast.

The exterior of the hotel was pretty nice, and upon entering the front doors, my sis and I were warmly greeted by the hotel staff at the reception. As our room was not ready yet, we were given a free upgrade to a bigger room which I’m really grateful for, since we have just ended our tiresome day and wanted a good rest, which came true in this hotel! The beds were comfy, the amenities were adequate, and there was stable wifi in the room :) Whatsmore I love that the toilet and the shower were separated which kept things really neat and tidy. Overall really worth every penny, insanely affordable for the stay.

The destination for business trips is relatively close, there are shopping malls nearby, and it is convenient to eat!

The price increased significantly during the Spring Festival. I arrived at 4:30 in the afternoon and the room was not cleaned up yet. The hygiene of the room was different from other Seasons hotels. There were stains on the floor. The room was small overall. It was the smallest Seasons hotel I have ever stayed in.

On the first night, we arrived late, so there were only bath towels but no towels in the room. I thought it was normal. One of the complimentary bottles of water was already drunk, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. I complained to the front desk the next day, and I took careful notes (because I heard about the handover when I checked out on the morning of the third day). I hope the service details can be improved.

Convenient for travel, many places to eat nearby. The room is clean, the front desk lady is very nice, and the service is very nice. Recommended. The room looks out to the Strait Sports Center. I went there to see Jacky Cheung in 2017!

It was a terrible accommodation experience. I contacted the front desk to arrange a quiet room when I booked in advance. I contacted the front desk again in the morning to confirm the arrival time and arrange a quiet room. They said the suite faces the street, so I asked for a high floor to give away sleeping earplugs. The waiter who answered the phone said that earplugs are given for reserved rooms, and welcome fruit is given for platinum rooms. When I arrived at the hotel, the bed squeaked when I turned over in bed at night. I was a little tired, so I just wanted to make do with it. Who knew that in the middle of the night, new guests next door or upstairs moved chairs and brushed my door. I don't know if I saw it wrong or what, I didn't sleep well all night, and I didn't see the so-called welcome fruit in the whole room. The next day, I came back from work at 16:30 in the afternoon, and the cleaning for the extension of my stay had not been done. The takeaway garbage from the night before was still there. The hotel only posted a notice at the elevator entrance on the day of the water outage. I checked in the day before and on the day of the outage, but no staff called to tell me what time the water would be cut off. If I had known that the water would be cut off and the cleaning for the extended stay had not been done, I would have checked out. The bad reviews cannot describe my sadness. I went to the front desk to ask why the cleaning for the extended stay was not done at almost five o'clock, and there was no notice without water. There were three girls and one boy at the front desk. The boy said a perfunctory "I'm sorry". The girls chatted in a group and didn't respond. I have never seen such management under Huazhu. Because the cleaning for the extended stay was not done, they changed my room to a new one, and said they would check it first before giving me the room card. The new room had garbage on the floor and double eyelid stickers from the previous guest on the mirror. What did they check? There were obvious stains on the glass in the breakfast room. Bad reviews, bad hygiene, poor service, poor facilities, poor response to customer complaints, I will never stay there again.

The service is very good! The environment is very good! It is very close to the stadium! It is the first choice for watching concerts! I will stay at the All Seasons Hotel next time I go to a concert! The bed is very soft and comfortable. I like it!
