路過泉州定的酒店 酒店給了我們一個驚喜 前台不光給我們升級到房間還温馨的贈送了我們早餐 酒店為新開業酒店 所有設施非常新 房間裝修現代床品優異 還貼心備有洗衣房和烘乾機 而且服務非常到位 服務員會把洗凈烘乾的衣服送到房門口 前台接待也非常專業 停車場巨大而且免費 早餐做的非常精緻 可口 餐廳服務員也非常熱情 第二天退房時前台貼心的送了伴手禮 而且幫忙拎行李 總之這是我們整個旅程感到非常温馨的酒店 一定要給個好 評 收

➡優點: 1.環境乾淨整潔,新開的酒店,設施很新; 2.餐廳提供了免費宵夜,品類不多但是味道很好,這個服務值得點贊,餐廳環境設計也很nice; ➡不足: 衞生間是獨立的,洗手枱在一進門的位置,方便梳粧,但是如果同行的旅客要早起洗漱,開燈會影響房間其他人,這個看個人,不算缺點但是個人而言不喜歡。 ➡缺點: 1.所住房間風機聲音特別響!吵的睡不着(聽視頻)! 2.服務很有問題,我們因為這個聲音問題實在睡不着,打給前台反饋情況,接線人員説“我們亞朵都是這樣的”,這是第一個讓我覺得搞笑的地方。 隨後要求酒店派人過來房間自己感受,來的女生説因為滿房,衹有一間房可以換。提供的房間在高層,且那一側的房間是迎風麪,當晚風特別大,換這個房間可能被外面的風吵醒,所以我們沒換。最後提供的解決方案是“給耳塞,然後明天會反饋給經理”,女生表示自己權限不夠,衹能換房或者給耳塞,其他要等明天8點經理上班了才能跟進。結果第二天也沒人聯繫我們,更別提跟進解決問題,完完全全就是把人晾着,知道你不爽,但是就是不管你。 我們因為當晚沒睡好,第二天都很沒精神,坐車暈車,去景點也無精打采,行程受到很大影響,中午實在頂不住回酒店休息,主動要求延遲退房兩個小時,這點前台是同意了。但是考慮到整體服務,本來最後一個晚上也預訂的亞朵,當天我們直接取消預訂,也取消了行程,真的很令人失望! 我和朋友都不是第一次住亞朵,也不是第一次住品牌酒店,這個亞朵的服務和解決問題能力實在是見過最差的!過來亞朵之前我們住另一個品牌酒店,入住的時候前台小姐姐提!前!告!知!附近有工程施工,第二天八點半開始可能有施工噪音,為了補償給我們贈送了早餐,這種為客人切身考慮的服務態度好好學學吧😅

The staff is enthusiastic in service. The ladies at the front desk of the hotel will greet you warmly when you enter and leave the hotel. They will take the initiative to say hello. I upgraded the king-size bed room I booked. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, and is very comfortable. The room is a regular rectangle. When I went to the restaurant for breakfast, the staff would say hello! The aunt at the open stall added a lot of dishes to me, and I ate very full. Whatever I needed was provided in time. During my stay, I borrowed a nail clipper, which was delivered in time. I felt that the overall service was quite good. When I checked out, I waited for the car in the lobby and sat for a while. The staff poured tea. From the greetings at check-in, a cup of tea, I felt very warm! I will stay at this hotel again on business trips in the future.

It's a very new hotel. All details are well done. The staff's service attitude is particularly good. They pay great attention to the customer's experience and keep asking me what needs to be improved.
