The hotel and surrounding area is beautiful. Our room 1170 located on the left side of the building was very clean and spacious. Our housekeeper was amazing! Anyway we would appreciate info about ongoing construction on the grounds next to the hotel. It was really noisy so we couldn’t spend time on the balcony. We loved the beach as the sea was really stunning. We went at the end of May so it was a bit colder (23-24 degrees C) but ok for a quick swim. There were plenty of sunbeds as also clients from other JAZ hotels were there. Food was delicious and very various every day! We loved it! Staff in the restaurant, pool bar and sisha bar was also amazing! Everybody there were super nice, helpful and friendly. There are also tiny shops in the hotel building, where you can buy souvenirs. We stopped by there almost every day, the salesmen were super funny and friendly. Overall we were very satisfied and would love to come back in the future!

Best hotel in Marsa Matruh. Bar carcade(terrace) have very profesional staff primarily Michael and Abdallah they are very kind and attentive about us. Thanks to all for very nice holiday. We believe that we will return soon and with great pleasure❤️🍀

Loved Every minute of our stay. From the warm welcome we received at the reception, to the unimaginable friendliness of the staff throughout the stay, making it a magical experience. The food was exquisite, we were anticipating everyday what will be offered at dinner and breakfast, giving how delicious it was, would revisit only for the food if it matters. We extended one more day, and if we could, we could have extended for a year and never leave. The greenery and scenery were unmatchable and out of this world, felt like heaven. We already starting planning for our next stay at the hotel before even leaving. Definitely will not miss mentioning the crystal clear waters, breathtaking. Can't wait to be back

Wonderful hotel. Thank you for the service in the restaurant and the felucca. The rooms are spacious and clean. Mohammed is always smiling and did beautiful decorations every day. Bravo. You can review my previous reviews of the hotel, simply marvelous, and the family room provides extra relaxation. I just wanted to thank Mr Mohammed Gamal, who took my comments and reviews ( mainly for Egyptian guests) on check out and promised to work on them. Staff at the restaurant, beach, and bar are friendly, smiling, and helpful. I highly recommend JAZ chain in general and JAZ oriental in particular.

Our family vacation at this hotel was great. We were satisfied. The hotel has large spacious rooms and excellent cuisine. The beach is beautiful.

This was very nice week in JAZ Oriental Hotel. Nice, new facility. Clean everywhere, including on the beach. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. However, the staff is not yet trained. There are too many of them and they are more of a nuisance than a help. Then there are unnecessarily long waiting times at the bars and also in the restaurant. But everyone would like a tip for everything. This discourages us from going to such destinations.

Everytime we visit this hotel, someone has to get sick, vomiting, diarrhea, fever. I don’t know what they put in the food.
