酒店本身就是一個超級大的別墅羣，歷史悠久，景色很美。房間很乾凈，定的帶陽台的房間還可以吹吹風。不過因為歷史悠久沒有電梯，行李需要手動搬上樓。打掃衞生的阿姨服務都很熱情，下次再來！

前台打扮和態度像精神小妹、經理沒睡醒對顧客發起床氣且業務不熟練，兩個都沒任何服務意識都不算什麼了。
重點房間變危房，剛躺下聞味道不對，一抬頭床頭縫隙全發黴。❗️仔細看整個房間也是發黴蓋上貼的牆紙。❗️⚠️
給精神小妹打電話，很不耐煩也不道歉解決問題是給便宜100，誰要啊😅，最後換房間還是長毛且廁所沒燈。另一員工很無奈説宿舍也長毛而更嚴重他已經得鼻炎。員工長期住不知道有什麼更嚴重的問題。
黴菌和黴菌孢子直接被吸肺裏但這裏沒人在乎。

酒店位置很好 ，去黑貓浴場走路就幾分鐘，而且離老虎石海灘也很近。院內的環境也不錯 合適度假旅遊。

環境：酒店屬於園林度假村風格，每棟建築都不高，錯落有致，植物覆蓋非常好。酒店雖然不是一線海景，但離海邊走路5分鐘就到，一點不遠，而且相比老虎石的人山人海，這邊的人流密度可以説非常nice。
設施：車位充足，有充電樁這個都是好評。房間面積不算小，而且三層陽台能看到海，同時陽台户外的晾衣繩，也是非常好的體驗。但沒有電梯對於長者和帶行李來説就不是那麼友善了，而且老酒店的硬件設備相比高興酒店的現代化電器，不要有過多期待，但絕對夠用。
衞生：衹要不吹毛求疵的話，應該是沒有任何問題，乾淨衞生沒問題。
服務：服務整體很好，大堂、客房人員都很熱情，有求必應～
總結：價格不算便宜，但也不算貴，我覺得千元以內預算，旺季的北戴河的度假村，首選
