I ordered a takeout in the middle of the night, but they wouldn't let it go upstairs. This is understandable. I called the front desk twice. The first call ended without a word. After about five seconds, they hung up on me. I called again the second time, and this time they picked up. I said the takeout wasn't allowed upstairs, and asked the front desk to bring it up. They said in a very bad tone, "Okay, I'll bring it up later." I said as soon as possible, and the front desk got annoyed and said, "Okay, I'll bring it up right away," and then hung up. Let me say one more thing, I think I left my facial cleanser at the hotel, but the hotel never called to inform the customer.

The room is clean and tidy. I always stay here on business trips. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is complete. The surrounding business district is also very close, mainly because it is close to the company. Recommended
