位置好找就在城牆不處，酒店左手一眼就能看到城牆。早上店家提供了早餐，在淡季時段，免於遊客去外面覓食，很貼心。
房間也挺大，隔音好。打車也很方便。
要説缺點吧，浴室的下水不太理想，積水。如果店家有空改成排溝式，增加下水槽面積，或者學北方酒店，中間增高。類似回字那樣。淋浴體驗會更加
衞生間和淋浴房盥洗室在一條網上。也許店家是想體現縱深。美觀度確實不錯。實用性卻欠佳啊！
家庭房，多人使用很不方便。一個人使用廁所或淋浴，其他人衹能在外等候。如果廁所能貼上貼畫，和淋浴房做隔斷。那麼實用性會增加不少。
整體還是十分滿意的，會推薦給朋友。

酒店位置臨街很好找，有自己的停車場，而且是寵物友好🐶，非常適合我們自駕帶狗出遊的人羣。房間很乾凈，而且早餐很豐富，中式西式都有，還準備了花生糖👍，下次路過山海關還會光顧的！老闆推薦我火鍋也很好吃，經濟實惠

為家裡長者預訂的，旅遊回來家裡人説酒店老闆娘人真的超好，很温柔禮貌，反觀他們剛剛入住的時候有一位前台員工很不友好，服務態度也很生硬，但是他們退房那天換了一位小姐姐辦理，服務又很好。出來旅遊不就是享受快樂的嗎，服務很重要。環境不多説了還是很乾凈整潔的，出門也很方便

房間寬敞整潔，衞生乾淨，前台服務熱情。早餐一般。地處古城區，出行方便。單體空調加熱慢，房間電路晚上幾次斷電又迅速來電，對看電視和手機充電不利。

環境安靜 地方打掃得很乾淨 房間還有木香味 是我喜歡的味道 床很舒服 一覺睡到天亮 ❤️❤️ 早餐款式不算很多，但已經很足夠👍🏻👍🏻 房間裏大部份的電器都是用小米 冷氣很安靜 非常舒服 還有個小小的泳池 適合小朋友 性價比很高
