位置不錯，有獨立海灘，房間還可以有個陽台，隔音一般，走廊有人説話/關門聽得清楚。
前台和客房對接不暢，去的時候很多人等在前台等着辦理入住，不止我們一間房等很久，真沒見過這麼慢的，明明打掃出來但是因為沒及時對接，導致客人在前台等很久。早上七八點打電話問幾點可以去辦理入住，説12還是14點來的，我們在這個時間去了，還要等，就又出去玩了一小時左右，回來居然還要等。真的很搞笑，前台服務人員去房間看了，説已經打掃出來了，但是客房那邊不發消息還是不填表就不能辦，衹能在前台等着。

位置優越，有得天獨厚的私人沙灘，不用外面人擠人，而且海景確實很不錯，但是衞生是致命傷，房間好幾處毛髮。早餐不僅人多，還巨難吃，用的都是合成肉。

環境：第二次住這裏了 價格比去年貴好多 喜歡出門就是海 帶長者小孩特別方便 不用走很多路 還能看到外國美女哦
設施：有個小度小度 能控制 電梯一層就到沙灘 免費提供遮陽傘
衞生：早餐也可以 帶孩子每次都找含早餐的 方便不少
服務：人很多 每天都爆滿

趕在暑期的尾巴終於實現了去北戴河泡海澡的願望，雲亭海是一家優點和缺點都十分明顯的酒店。優點是酒店是新裝修的，公共區域和房間內的整體設施都很新很智能，最happy的是不出酒店大門就享受私人海灘，沙灘和海都比公共浴場要乾淨很多。缺點是早餐難吃，雖然食品花樣不少但實際可選擇性並不多。還有那個果汁是兑了多少水啊？？？完全喝不出果汁味來了好嗎！節約成本是讓你們餐廳玩明白了。

房間不大 但是設計很好 隔音也不錯 看海無壓力 私人海灘 人少景美 早晨可以趕海抓螃蟹 酒店的飯菜味道也很好 退房時落了東西 服務員馬上就快遞寄了過來 太讚了～
