本着朋友推薦，入住這家酒店，三天的感受及建議∶1、房門加裝緩沖器，自動關門聲音實在太大，整個樓道都能聽到，睡夢中能驚醒。2、網速有待提高，投屏電視太卡。3、免費用水希望做到統一，自配兩瓶農夫山泉，再要就是便宜的冰露，作為高檔酒店，這一點格局小了。4、餐廳的一位男士經理，開餐後不要來回走動，盯着顧客，更不要時不時擺弄餐品，這都是餐前工作，這樣很不專業，也讓人不舒服！更不要在餐廳訓斥員工，有事可以等閉餐或者到後廚解決，一個勁兒的叨叨讓人覺得很煩！5、前台服務及協調有待提升，我早晨趕火車，前一天晚上特意問了，能提前用一下餐嗎，答覆是可以，可能餐品不全，我説能理解，隨便吃一口就行（其實其他酒店都會安排打包盒，提前給客人備好簡餐），結果第二天去了，餐廳大門緊鎖，裏面的人喊了句沒到點呢，就沒動靜了，在門外苦等8分鐘，來不及吃了！6、唯一欣慰的是前台一位男士，服務態度很好，有耐心。最後，我這評價也許沒人看，建議采不採納也無所謂了，其他無感！糟糕體驗！

酒店挺新的感覺，房間乾乾淨淨很滿意。住了兩天，第二天讓阿姨打掃了一下房間，心情很美麗。阿姨看出來我水喝的多多放了好幾瓶，太感謝。最後走的時候秦皇島颳大風又下大雨，剛好沒帶傘，站在門口等車的時候保安大叔主動提出給我拿傘，送上了車，放好了行李才走的，太感謝了，下次來秦皇島還住這裏！！！！
