The hotel is located in a perfect spot in the old town. Subway is next to hotel, walking distance to several sights, street food and live shows at night. Room is clean with quality bed linings. Breakfast has good selections too. For those people who like to take photos, you have a chance to overview this European style city from hotel's top floor. It's a unique view you cannot find from other hotels in town. This is another big reason I choose this hotel. Suggestion: It would be better if clear instructions are provided for WiFi connection due to dynamically assigned password. It would be nice to provide info on open hours of the 12th floor view and how to get there accompanied with sample photos. AnQi and Xiao Mo in front desk helped me out. Thanks both.

Amidst numerous choices, my gaze was instantly drawn to 'Xin Man Xin', an elegant, traditional-style residence that felt like a tranquil oasis in the bustling city. The moment I stepped inside, the summer heat instantly vanished. A refreshing cup of cucumber tea, personally served by a kindly smiling attendant, offered such meticulous care that it instantly washed away my travel weariness. It was more than just a drink; it was a truly heartwarming welcome. What we most anticipated on this trip was our reserved *Siheyuan* – a traditional courtyard house. Stepping into it, I truly grasped the profound Eastern aesthetic expressed in the phrase 'deep courtyards, how many layers deep?' (庭院深深深几许). With its grey bricks, dark tiles, carved beams, and painted pillars, it completely shut out the urban clamor, leaving behind only the profound tranquility of the courtyard and the gentle accumulation of time. As night descended, sitting idly in the courtyard, listening to the wind and the chirping of insects, it felt as though I had journeyed back a century, sharing this serene elegance with those who lived long ago. My first stay in a Siheyuan turned out to be such an immersive cultural experience. For me, this was far more than just accommodation; it was a gentle, unique period etched into my Qingdao memories. 'Xin Man Xin' (Heart's Ease) truly lives up to its name, allowing one's heart to genuinely wander and find peace here.

I was so pleasantly surprised right after checking into this hotel! The lady at the front desk had such a sweet smile, and the check-in process was incredibly quick. She even thoughtfully provided recommendations for local food and attractions. The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. I had a wonderful night's sleep until morning. The bathroom featured excellent wet/dry separation, with plenty of hot water and stable temperature. The toiletries provided were also of good quality. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted delicious. It was the perfect satisfying start to my day's activities. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient, being close to both the subway station and shopping areas, which made getting around and shopping absolutely effortless. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to the area. I highly recommend it to everyone!
