This hotel has the best environment I've stayed in Qingdao. I highly recommend it. I booked the Andi Hotel on the same day, but the residents downstairs were renovating and the electric drill didn't stop until 18:00. The front desk didn't inform me either. I couldn't stand it anymore and decided to check out and book the Royalton instead. It was a knowing move. The difference between hotel management and serviced apartment management, both in terms of sanitary facilities, I advise everyone to choose a hotel!

The hotel boasts an elegant ambiance and a beautifully decorated lobby. The rooms are well-equipped, spacious, and feature easy-to-use smart devices. Upon check-in, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a larger twin room with tea and coffee facilities, as we were traveling with two children.

We booked this hotel based on a recommendation from a user named Xiaohongshu. It's a great choice for exploring the City Balcony, the beaches of the Mangrove Scenic Area, Yumingzui, and Silver Beach, and it's a great value for the summer. We booked two nights, and the second night was spent at the Oktoberfest, 20 kilometers away. It was wonderful! It was a worthwhile trip!
However, it's quite far from Qingdao's fun attractions, including Laoshan, May Fourth Square, and the Olympic Sailing Center. On our last day, we quickly left for Xiaoyushan after breakfast. The city is truly beautiful!
The hotel staff was excellent, and the housekeeper was incredibly friendly. We were two families with children, and the boys were quite boisterous, but she didn't mind.
Cleanliness: Very clean, and as a Virgo, I had no complaints.
Ambience: The room was very secluded, and I slept well despite my noise sensitivity.
The breakfast was average, but it's just okay.

The stay was excellent! The front desk lady, Ying Ru, was very friendly and attentive! The room was spacious and clean!
