晚上十一點才入住的 第二天被熱醒了 我想着可能是因為青島高温 又加上給我一個兩面落地窗的房間 實在熱的受不了 給前台打電話 來了個大姨幫我調温度 不好用 又來了兩個維修工 扛着大梯子 修完了 告訴我 堵水了 過了十幾分鍾還是不出風 熱的我抓緊時間退房 出門才發現 走廊跟冰窖一樣 退房了説這個問題 前台一句道歉都沒有 一個個****的 直勾勾的看着我 投訴了以後等經理電話等了一天説開會 我一開始衹想要一個態度 結果經理説 因為我已經入住了 當天晚上沒接到電話説空調不好用 那請問我晚上沒覺得熱 我怎麼找你 希望大家謹慎選擇

第一次遇到這麼差的酒店！！！一晚上睡不好，隔音超差！！還斷電兩次！！！剛入住的晚上斷電！！！修理工來一頓修才有電，第二天早上又壞了！！！起床就發現很熱！空調斷了！沒電！！！大早上又找人來修，態度還特別差！！！跟我説這不是修好了嗎！？？？沒有任何道歉，店大欺客，完全不考慮顧客的等修理工來再修理的一大段時間成本！大早上太耽誤事了！還影響心情，還一句道歉沒有，牛死了！傲死了！！！！剛剛進去房間的時候，床上還有褐色不明物！讓人來換床單，換床單的人員説他們是外包的，這個是沒洗乾淨的，他們不負責，他們衹負責換。一個四星酒店，店大欺客！換床單找外包沒有任何把控，責任推來推去！出了問題態度還極差！！！！！！極差！！！！！！
