I was visiting a friend from the campus so the location was prefect for me. Great service too. The bathroom itself is clean but some of the floor and walls were stained. I simply wore the provided slippers (which they replaced each day, nice) so nothing too problematic.

We booked one single room there and stayed for two nights. The location was close to our destination, but there's nothing around the hotel, really. The nearest shopping mall is around 2 km away.
The breakfast was a bit poor (to my taste), with no coffee or scrambled eggs. The food was a bit oily: fried vegetables, noodles, rice, bread. We didn't order it the second day.
There's a common area that we used to work, and it was very useful. The staff were OK with keeping our bags for a while, too. We
