第一，預訂好了，我提前打電話給前台備註不要首尾房，客服竟然不知道什麼叫首尾房，墨跡半天説們酒店沒有首尾房，説我們酒店是圍繞着電梯建造的，不願意給換，我説你們總得有第一個和最後一個房間吧，這才明白過來，第二，到地方還要等，説沒有房間，一家人開車累死，把外賣放在大堂吃完了，才説房間給調好了，第三，房間設施老舊，床頭燈是歪的，淋浴頭都是十幾年前的那種，水都能呲的人皮疼，第四，早餐真的不行，種類少，多數都是油炸，而且還難吃，因為定的預售不能退，不然我第二天不會住的，其他的沒啥了，還是大牌子，太老舊了，再也不來了，衹拍了床頭燈，其他的沒來得及，洗澡的地方也不行，馬桶沖水也鬆了，你們該裝修了
