I had a wonderful stay here! The location is excellent, most of the scenic spots are just a short distance away, which made sightseeing super convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I must say, the bed was extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby! 😁

A service apartment is just nice for everyone staying. The unit is on the high floor. The view is nice. The location is literally next to Qingdao's biggest shopping mall.

床墊都已經塌了，早上起來腰疼。自動窗簾已經損壞，兩個窗户之間有縫隙，早上第一縷陽光刺眼，想睡懶覺是不可能的.當然這個也對得起這個價格。需要着重感謝一下慕舍大爺讓我對自己有了一個清醒的認識，確實怪我們自己，您把這個免費的水和不免費的水放在一塊，而且已經標註了價格在瓶蓋上（附圖慕舍大爺提供），是我們自己沒看清楚，真不好意思了，一大瓶水8塊錢確實不貴，我們已經好久沒有需要水付費了，這個警惕性不高，多包涵。當然這個也不能全怪我們，主要像四季之類的房間的水啊飲料之類都是免費的，我們確實被他們這些賓館給寵壞了。所以當我們退房之後，接到有消費的電話，確實不應該心裏感到不高興，讓經理回電話的時候，沒有問清楚是不是經理，結果對着人家一個打工人發了半天的牢騷，真對不住，讓打電話的打工人不太高興，真的是作為卑微的消費者來説，太不應該了，在這裏真誠的道歉，如您所説，您也不希望老是去擺水做這麼多工作，完了還得聽我在這兒發脾氣，打工人這個buff我們確實惹不起。不過當時我確實以為您是經理，是可以接受消費者的反饋的，不好意思，沒有提前問清楚，再次真誠道歉。當然您也説了要給我免水錢，但是作為我來説我堅持付費了，就像您説的我確實消費了東西，難道不該付費嗎？當然需要，這毋庸置疑呀。所以我堅持付費了。感謝慕舍大爺給我們上了一課。再次對我們的莽撞表示歉意。確實不應該，在感覺吃了個蒼蠅的時候還上火發牢騷。卑微的消費者就不該有火氣。喝水付費，天經地義。

最不滿意的是衞生，衞生確實很一般。位置的話比較方便，是個公寓樓，大廳有好幾個不同酒店前台。我們訂的親子房，在最頂樓，屋子裡燈比較昏暗，衞生一般，不過兒子倒挺開心，因為有個花花吊燈。公寓電梯超級難等。

好不容易假期，跟女朋友對比了好多酒店，最終選了這家，還好酒店沒人我們失望，可以説是驚喜，酒店就在萬象城旁邊，離地鐵口也很近，出去玩很方便，房間也很乾凈，大落地窗看出去很通透，前台的小哥哥也很熱情，有機會再來青島還是他家

Review Fixture and Fitting check!
As others have noted, there are only 3 elevators for whole building. This can be a hassle if you are on high floor, like 34 or 35. So Advice is check fixture and fittings as soon as you enter, as you do not want to have to travel all the way down to reception to explain something- no hotel phone, there is social media option.
Also, be mindful of Water pressure! It was terrible, non existent, some of the buttons did not work ie curtains open etc., and there was bare minimal toilte paper.see picture showing droopy water flow, when what we all want is it spurting out, flowing strongly at right angles!

Room was large and clean.
Elevators were temperamental in that they there was always a queue and took a decent amount of time to arrive.
On one occasion, swipe cards ceased working for most of the day and this wasn't communicated.
Housekeeping does a good job however it's unknown at what time they will come.
Great location.
