房間很乾凈，看得出來打掃的用心，前台服務周到熱情，小夥子也很熱情，幫忙停車，房間熱水充足，空調很新，製冷很快也沒有噪音，設施齊全，日用品完備。周邊交通便利，吃飯的地方很多，去博物館三四分鐘，去台東也就十來分鐘路程，周邊繁華，煙火氣十足，環境不錯，價格也實惠，挺有性價比的經濟店鋪，可以推薦給大姐

優點：適合預算不太夠的人，因為價錢確實不是很貴，而且距離地鐵站也比較近。酒店前台的工作人員也很禮貌。
缺點：因為便宜，所以環境不是很好，酒店有些老。我當時的房型外面對的是居民小區樓梯間，因為是女生獨自出行，心裏有點不安；如果是朋友結伴而遊，預算不是很夠可以選擇！

提前定的方便去啤酒博物館的招待所，也有心理預期，衹是房間性價比實在不高。
一開始預訂價格145，當天入住時，可能因為青島第二天天氣預報暴雨，剩餘很多房間所以甩賣價低於100。到店後建議了我在攜程上換標間，但不知道是我和前台同時操作的原因還是怎麼，給分配的還是大床房。最後協商還是換了兩張床的房間，不知道是不是可能是家庭房。這些問題不大，衹是換的房間236，在走廊最盡頭。
大約原本是設備間或者直接就是原本設計做衞生間，進門就是馬桶我還是被這個奇葩房型給驚到了。圖一是兩張床之間的地磚，可以看到衞生條件，圖二就是進門的馬桶。
床邊就是樓下夜市，這街景是真無敵了。
比較吵，很早會有市政車輛。我跟母親一起，她不睡窗户邊還是睡眠受影響。
衹能説，不作美的天氣和差強人意的房間，旅遊心態好可以包容，但是還是希望店家能多一點暖心服務，或是提示好設施上的不便之處。我相信如果溝通好，也可以商量接受的。

房間很乾凈衞生，地理位置優越，離景點都很近，前台還有經典介紹，不行三四分鐘就是啤酒博物館，小姐姐服務熱情周到，吃飯的地方也很多，經濟實惠，住的很滿意，性價比很好，推薦一下
