The room was very nice, check in/out smooth, all good until we came home and got a call from the hotel saying that their staff messed up the payment. The person who contacted us didn’t even seem to know that we had already paid a deposit or what the amount was, which led to alot of confusion and anxiety which could have been avoided if the fro desk staff just did their jobs properly.
