一言難盡！！一家沒有差評的店，位置在網紅街，鬧中取靜，老闆也在入住當天很早給予入住提醒，帶着滿滿的期待而來。
可惜體驗卻不好，這個房間挺小的，舒適度一般；浴室很乾凈，但洗澡的花灑🚿熱水調到40°以上，水量就很小；第二天一早洗漱，毛巾裏爬出一直蜈蚣，被嚇得跳腳；趕快收拾好行李寄存外出，回來帶了些食物，放在院子裏的石桌上，去二樓公衞上廁所，拿行李，再回到石桌食物已經灑落了一地，讓老闆查看監控，居然是野貓拖着袋子拖到大門口。
哎……如果對網紅街沒有太大執念，這個房間性價比真的一般，其他的就看個人運氣了！！

淡季住雨文名宿簡直不要太爽，周邊就是網紅塗鴉牆和棧橋，也在地鐵站附近交通便利。掌櫃鵬哥人很好，什麼問題都會耐心解答👍🏻小院環境很好但因為樹多的緣故一些蚊蟲也是不能避免的記得關好門窗帶上驅蚊產品。很棒的民宿值得推薦！

地段很好，出門都是網紅打卡點，所以變相來説，交通很擁堵，出門都是人，1公里的路，塞了我超過半小時，適合小年輕打卡，步行。
看着網友評論，裝修很有品味來的，可惜我定的房間不在7號院，房間並沒有太驚艷的感覺，好在房間味道很清新，沒有煙味，很乾凈。
我對床品比較挑剔，床墊比較硬，枕頭很舒服，但我對這套床品過敏，跟老公兩個人睡着晚上全身癢，第二天還是換去酒店了。
老闆人很好，提前會給周邊攻略，免去做攻略的煩惱，也會介紹性價比高的本地餐飲，試了兩家，都不錯。告知了床品問題，也答應了我們提前退房。

這次帶娃出來玩，共住了五家酒店。雨文這家最和我意！
老闆是個有品位的資深旅遊玩家。房間和客廳佈置的即美觀又實用，我彷彿是回到了自己的家一樣。空調已給我打開，室內非常乾淨且腔調十足。
我們住了三個晚上，一切都是那麼的美好。躺在床上的時候，就想這百年歷史的老房子一定曾經有過許都故事吧 ？… 每一件傢俱都在訴説著自己的歷史。閑暇之餘，我用手輕輕的撫摸着這些；它們對我而言是有温度的東西…
每一把椅子，坐上去都是那麼的舒服，即使是出來旅遊，我也可以享受短暫的讀書時光～ 幸福的生活日常，就是你能時時保持那份從容。
總之，下榻雨文家給了我這次青島之旅完美收官。感恩老闆所提供的遊玩攻略和美食訊息，我們體驗了四家的美食，都很不錯。

環境如圖，房間雅緻，乾淨衞生，無異味，床品舒適睡得好，有漂亮的客廳和獨立小院，有陽光和清風的日子，院子裏品茶真是愜意，入住全程自助含量高，出門20米就是網紅打卡街，晚上特別安靜，真是鬧中取靜，交通方便。美中不足，院子裏沒有設定晾衣繩，無烘乾機，對於多日出遊不太方便。

這次在青島住到的很喜歡的一家民宿，老房子和裏面的老傢俱聞起來有種舊舊的讓人心安的味道，院子裏凌霄花恣意熱烈的瘋爬，綉球和睡蓮也都養的好極了，拍照很出片

第一天晚上入住時就像開盲盒，因為是臨時定的，然而特別的驚喜，完全沒踩雷，周邊就是大學城，宮崎駿漫畫街，如果不想摞窩，市內直接定雨文，打車去哪裡都很方便，老闆很有品，每個細節都做得很完善，本來要體驗他家其他兩個門店的，但是臨時行程有變，就沒這個福氣了，謝謝掌櫃鵬哥，下次來還會選擇這裏
