房間很好，很乾凈，花灑頂噴都有，浴巾手巾都是單獨包裝，有一次性馬桶墊，入住送的嶗山紅茶很好喝，房間裏也有小包裝的茶葉，不錯，每次出門都看到工作人員辛勤搞衞生，吸成器吸地毯，酒店前台和其他工作人員都很專業，服務很好，缺點是普通房型沒有洗衣機和自助洗衣房，衹有送洗的服務單，比較貴，如果有洗衣服需求的話訂家庭房自帶洗衣機。

地理位置優越，5.4廣場附近，緊鄰萬象城。免費升級房型，面朝大海，15樓以上，可以看到。雖然酒店久了點，政府的酒店物美價廉，衞生乾淨。乳膠枕和乳膠床墊，逛了回來，睡的舒服。尤其毛巾消毒處理，密封。早餐豐盛，水果新鮮。餐廳寬敞明亮，乾淨！

酒店位置較好，停車場大車位充足，出行到五四廣場和奧帆中心都非方便，服務員較熱情還贈送了嶗山紅茶，房間也乾淨且配有洗衣機，但設施有些陳舊房間也較小，不過總體來説還是不錯

市政府的酒店，位置獨佔優勢，直麪五四廣 場，鬧中取靜，交通便利。房間典型公務風，簡單整潔，但設施齊全，使用方便，床品乾淨衞生。高樓層視野開闊，海景在五四廣場附近酒店中應該是唯一的。酒店早餐也不錯，價格不高但品質高，提供了豐富的地方特色美食。酒店服務沒得説，讓人感覺舒適。

設施：房間不是很大，但完全夠用。乾淨，衞生，讓人放心，也很有安全感。服務人員服務態度很好，中秋節入住的，兩天都送了水果，月餅，飲用水，超讚！地址好找，近二號三號線地鐵站，附近不遠處還有個萬象城，購物閑逛都挺方便的。己安利給同事。
