가족여행으로 중국 청도 청양에 있는 포포인츠 바이 쉐라톤 호텔에 머물게 되었는데, 2박3일동안 최상의 서비스를 경험했습니다. 레아 매니저님 다시 한번 감사 말씀 드려요!
중국여행이 처음이라 낯설었는데, 체크인부터 따뜻한 환대로 맞이해주셨고요, 머무는 동안 언어가 가장 힘들었는데, 한국어도 너무 유창하셔서 도움도 많이 받았습니다~
아이 생일이라 생일초를 구할 수 있는지 여쭸는데, 바로 해결해주셨고요. 룸업그레이드 해주신 덕분에 여행기간 내내 너무 편안하게 잘 지냈습니다.
다시 청도에 갈 기회가 있다면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶은 호텔로 강력추천합니다!! :)
