酒店設施維護保養的很好，房間乾淨整潔，酒店服務周到，大堂副理問候以及幫忙確認各類事項。
酒店邊上有一個內海沙灘，周邊有快速路，打車方便，去市區半小時路程。
這次來演唱會，來回機場和演唱會場館都有商務車接送，演唱會結束後回酒店還送了瑞士捲蛋糕、三明治、水果和酸奶。

酒店位置相當不錯，自帶園林和海邊木棧道，很適合散步。
我入住的是高級城景大床房，面積差不多有個60平方米，非常寬敞。房間設施新穎乾淨，視野很好。

服務特別特別棒！我們本來定了套房，工作人員幫我們升級了豪華套間！而且看到我們帶了小朋友，不僅提前準備了零食放在房間，後來又送了新鮮水果、蛋糕、飲料，看我們喜歡“嶗山白花蛇草水”，前台送了好幾瓶！工作人員一直是笑臉相迎，説話温柔有禮貌，這在青島其實非常非常難得！太棒了！
酒店設施也非常棒！房間乾淨衞生，而且特別寬敞，無敵海景，有咖啡機、膠囊咖啡、空氣凈化器、小米吹風機、智能馬桶、電冰箱等等！酒店還有健身房、小童樂園、室內泳池！主要又乾淨人又少，體驗感很好！酒店早餐也很好，中餐西餐都有，品種也很豐富，食材也很新鮮！
酒店位置也很好，出門走2分鐘，就是海邊＋沙灘，小朋友挖沙趕海都特別特別方便。酒店還有挖沙工具提供。酒店周圍吃飯也方便，有燒烤等，酒店自己也有餐廳。離青島北站不遠，交通方便。離市區稍遠，但遠離人羣，相對鬧市更安靜。
是這一次青島之行非常滿意的體驗！

酒店一級棒，服務態度超温暖，主動幫拿行李，小哥哥小姐姐都很熱情主動打招呼，前台小哥哥給免費升級為豪華海景房，房間內超大玻璃窗無限海景盡收眼底。酒店位置就在海邊，出酒店正門即可到達，海邊人不多，免去挨挨擠擠的煩惱。早餐也很豐富，中西餐盡情選擇

這次青島之行最滿意的就是這次星河灣酒店的住宿，環境和服務都超預期，性價比真的特別高，入住時給升級了海景房，海景真的無敵，我家小朋友特別特別喜歡，房間裏的水是嶗山礦泉水口感非常好，電梯等待區有無限量的怡寶礦泉水自取，服務真的沒得説，我老婆把泳衣和小孩的衣服不知道丟在哪了，酒店幫忙找了一天，終於找到了真的非常非常感謝。
